Reincarnated as Nezuko

Chapter 1

Kiara's P.O.V.

I opened my eyes only to squeeze them shut again as bright light flooded my vision. After a moment, I tried again, blinking slowly until the brightness became bearable. As my vision cleared, I realized I was lying in an unfamiliar room. 

'Where am I?'

I looked around, trying to figure out where I was, when a voice suddenly broke the silence, saying a phrase I didn't expect.

"Congratulations, it's a girl." I heard a voice say from somewhere in the room.

'Huh?'

"Oh, look, dear, isn't she perfect?" I heard another voice say right next to me. This one seemed slightly familiar. I turned my head and saw a gentle-looking woman smiling down at me.

"She is, isn't she?" A deeper voice answered. I turned toward the speaker and found a man who also seemed strangely familiar.

'Why are they staring at me?'

"Tanjiro, come meet your new baby sister." I heard the man say.

'Wait, Tanjiro?'

A little boy stepped into view. Auburn hair. Red eyes.

'Hold on, I recognize that name and his features. Holy shit, I'm in Demon Slayer!!! Wait, they said baby sister. Does that mean...'

"What is her name going to be?" I heard the first voice ask.

"Nezuko, Nezuko Kamado," said the woman who was cradling me.

'Have I just been reincarnated as Nezuko? If so, why?'

I tried thinking back to what happened right before this. School had just ended. I was crossing the street. A horn. Pain. Then... nothing.

'I died! But what about my parents and my friends?' As I cried, my mother started soothing me while humming a lullaby. Once I finally calmed down, I tried to figure out why I was reincarnated. Then I suddenly remembered that I made a wish right before I died.

'I wished to be reincarnated into the last show I watched. Wow... I hadn't actually expected that wish to come true. I'd only been joking. Wait, since I've been reincarnated, that means I can prevent the deaths that are going to happen, or at least try.'

Hi guys, yes, I've made another fanfic. I just couldn't help it. I haven't seen many reincarnation or reborn into Demon Slayer fanfics. If you know of any, let me know.

Like my other fanfics, I'm not going to update regularly.

Just a fair warning, Nezuko's personality is going to be quite different in this. I'll be mixing my personality in with Nezuko's. Nezuko will also have a lot more dialogue in this. So don't be alarmed if you see her talking.
