Nezuko's P.O.V.
My brother is almost finished with his training. There is only one more obstacle he has to get through, the boulder. Urokodaki is planning on showing him the boulder today and giving him the task of cutting it. I understand why he did this in the first place. He doesn't want to lose any more pupils. He's lost so many and that can weigh on a person.
My training has come really far. I've mastered all the basics that a Demon Slayer needs. I've also mastered total concentration breathing constant. I know that this will help with the future missions that we will be going on. When I started training I also started training my body to get used to using total concentration constant. I know that it is hard on the body when you start training to use it so I started slow. The good thing is that as a demon my body is more durable. I also had longer to master it than Tanjiro. I also learned to have all my senses on alert even while sleeping. Everything was hard at first but I eventually got the hang of it.
I actually came up with a whole new breathing technique. Coming up with the breathing style was hard. Since I basically had to start from scratch, but I was able to do it. It's based on something I loved in my past life and still love in this life. You can consider it a branch of sound breathing.
I was also able to enhance my blood demon art. I am able to do more things with it than what the original Nezuko could. I'm able to cure anything that a demon caused, not just poisons but also cuts and other injuries as well. Months after I started my training I got the courage to ask Kagaya exactly how he got the curse. In my past life, I looked up how he got his curse on the internet and I wanted to see if what I found was correct. Luckily it was. He is blood-related to Muzan, and evidently, because of this, his bloodline has a curse. So, since I can heal anything that a demon has caused I can heal Kagaya and his family. This is a way I can show my appreciation to Kagaya for letting me train to become a Demon Slayer.
I was able to control my flames pretty easily, what was hard was trying to make it do things other than what they were originally able to do. I taught myself how to make it burn more than just demons. Don't worry it still doesn't harm people. It can burn anything that I want it to. It's all about intention. I'm also able to make it not die out unless I want it to. I can heal with it, but only injuries caused by demons. I can also do things that Nezuko could do with it originally. Hopefully, I can find other ways I can use it but for now, that is all I can do.
My idea about forging a sword using my flames and blood works too. Kagaya sent a letter to the Swordsman Village and explained my idea and how it was okayed by him. He asked if anyone would be willing to try to make a sword using both my blood and my flames. Only one was up for it, her name, Erza Scarlett. Yeah, it shocked me too, when I saw her name. She came to Urokodaki's house to meet me and to ask me a few questions. She was a bit wary but when I showed her that neither my blood nor flames would harm her she relaxed. She took quite a bit of both my blood and flames with her. I told her to keep my blood out of sunlight or it would disintegrate. A few months after that she came back with a nichirin sword infused with my blood and forged using my flames. The sword was beautiful. I let her keep it, seeing as the core wasn't one I chose, as well as proof that women can forge beautiful swords. We kept in contact after she made my sword. I loved having her as a friend. She was stern but she also had a sweet and caring side to her.
When she came back with the sword, he told me that she still had a little bit of my blood left. She told me she was going to put it out in the sun so it would disintegrate, but something in her told her not to. I thanked her for letting me know. I then concentrated on finding the blood that wasn't with me, when I found it I quickly turned it to flame. I also distinguished the flames I gave her. I let Erza know that I had taken care of my blood and that it was now gone.
I also took Amane up on her offer to send a letter if I ever needed someone to talk to. She became like another mother to me. She would come and visit every now and again. I would talk to her about my past and how I'm doing. It's good to be able to talk about my past life with someone. I talk to Urokodaki about it sometimes but since he's busy training both Tanjiro and me, I try not to bother him too much so he can have some time to himself.
I'll ask her about how her family is and how her life is going. Sometimes she even brings her children with her. They are all so sweet. I treat them like they are my younger siblings. I love having her kids around, I've always loved kids so it was great to talk and play around with them when I could that is. I could only really play with them if it was severely overcast or we played inside. I have the ability to go into the sun a lot quicker than originally. Why? I don't know. No one knows though. I'm keeping this ability a secret as long as I can. I know Ms. Tamayo will find out when she examines my blood but I'm only allowing her to know until I decide to tell more people. The fewer people who know the less likely Muzan finds out.
I decided to be in a body that fits how old Nezuko should be. I'm 14 now (technically 32). I don't want to stay in my 12-year-old body. Once I tell Tanjiro my story I might change my body to that of an 18-year-old, I haven't decided yet. I'll probably get Amane's opinion on that before I decide.
