Did you notice when the pink sheets,
turned into white ones because i matured so fast ?
Did you notice when the tight dresses and crop tops,
turned into baggy ones,
to hide what was called my fat stomach?
did you notice when my long colourful nails,
turned into chipped plain bitten ones from my anxiety ?
Did you notice when my eyes full of life,
turned into dull tired ones,
surrounded by eye bags because i would stay up late until the world was silent enough to drown in my own thoughts?
Did you notice when my mental health started deteriorating,
when my legs and hands shook uncontrollably from the anxiety?
Did you notice when the depression came back,
and when my body became scattered in scars,
or even when i started vaping to rid the anxiety?
Did you notice when i started drawing pretty red bleeding lines on my thighs,
to feel alive again?
You say everyone changed,
but i didn't expect this to be how i changed
and i expected,
and,
begged you to notice.
