13. First Reward

I hurriedly told Rok that we need to go home. And that we need to talk because I need to tell him something. I am only going to tell him now about the book since I just also learn about the use of it yesterday. If it didn't give quest, I'll assume that that book is useless. Though for now, I'll give it the chance to prove itself useful. I mean, the reason I am here is because of the book after all.

Arriving at the inside of the mountain, we saw the tribe's chief. We said a quick hello and bid each other goodbye. Looks like the chief is busy with taking care of the tribe. After walking for a while, we entered our den. Thank goodness, I am tired from walking around and it's so cold outside. I help Rok lit the fire, it's around seven o'clock in the evening when he said that he's going to hunt. I got worried so I tried to stop him... But i remembered that he's not a human. He's capable of hunting in the night, and killing anyone who tried to harm him. Whew, I almost forgot, even if I am seeing the evidence that I'm not on earth, it's still feel surreal.

"Okay, you can go, but remember to stay safe. It's dark now, and you said it yourself, it's much more dangerous in the night than in the morning."

"Yes, I will. Sel, you said you wanted to try tasting the wild animals we saw earlier. Two of the wild animals there can be hunted in this time and weather. It's the Rokopoyo, and the Chapiko. Which one do you like?"

Ahh right, I said that to him, ain't I? Rokopoyo looks like a snake with wings. It's also big and wide, so a two star beastmen find it hard to kill. It doesn't have a venum, but the scale is hard to breached. It is mostly boneless so every woman here wants it. I mean, female. Even earlier, the Rokopoyo sold pretty quickly. On the other hand, chapiko is a big bird. It looks like an ostrich but fatter and sturdier. It can't fly, but you can die if it's beak reach you. Even a one star beast can kill it, but it's rare to find. Both are popular and can only be found whenever winter, or rather, the cold season starts.

"I don't think you should hunt it right now. You're still a two stared beast, and you'll find it difficult to kill a Rokopoyo. And Chapiko is rare to find, it might take you days before you found one. So I want you to hunt an ordinary wild beast. I am hungry and we both need to eat our feel so we can have a good night rest. Understood?"

"Ohh okay, I'll do just that." He said while trying to hide his grin in the dark. His voice is rougher and lower than usual. Okay, I get it, I look like this but I already read a thousand different of romance book, you know. He tried to hide himself but poor him, the light from the bonfire help me see him through. I slowly took a step towards him and raise my tippy toes. He look shock but he didn't move. Good, since I already taught of you as my fiance, it might be good if I kiss him right now. The mood is good, check. The ambiance is good, check. We liked each other, check. Lastly, his turn on, big check!

Since my imagination got ahead of myself, the shame came like a thunder bursting in my heart. I am already so close to his face, and he's looking at me like he saw through my plan. Damn, what am I trying to do again? It seems my embarrassment made me forgot. I averted my face for a second, then look at him again. My courage banish with my dignity, but I need to do this, since I am already here, let's do this self! I move and kiss his right chic, then kiss his left chic, I proceeded to kiss his nose, and lastly I...I...

I kiss his forehead and shouted... "Bye! Take care!"
Before scurrying off of the room straight to the bedroom. Wow, he must think I'm crazy, taking advantage of the situation but not taking responsibility. But ackk! What am I going to do, up close, he's handsomeness has been tripled. I can't help but worry if he can see my spots, acne-scars, and porse. Wahhh~

Standing in the middle of the living room, as his soon to be mate like to call it. He can hear some muffled screaming from the female. He's worried, but he can't move as his Junior's standing and throbbing really hard. His face too is blushing really hard. Since his skin's white, even from the dark, you can see it really well.

"Ughh I need to hunt, but it's hard to move."

He said with his voice full of lust. He thought that he's been handling it really well this past few days, but he think he reached his limit.

"I should go to the lake first, the coldness can help me alleviate it."

He shouted goodbye, before running off towards the lake inside the dark forest. He can see in the dark so he is fine hunting in the night. The only thing that worried him is Sel, who have been left alone at his den. He hate the idea of hunting and leaving his soon to be mate alone, but he needs to feed her. Running faster than usual, he shifted on his tiger beast form while following the sound of the running water. Arriving to the lake, he jump and swim until his body cool off.

"It's not good, my female's a temptress. If she continues doing that, I might not restrain myself anymore!"

The only thing that is keeping this beast from ravaging his female's soft and beautiful skin is the promise he told himself. There's so many things his female told him, but he actually didn't get all of it, but one thing he understand is, he needs to wait until his female's comfortable enough to accept him whole. So his going to keep his promise, and wait for the day his most awaiting day arrives.

Whew, it looks like his already gone, thank goodness!
I am really embarrassed right now that I can't face him. So it's good that he started to hunt. Calming myself down from another embarrassing dark history, I walk until I am in front of the box and open it.

I untangle the robe and put it aside. Then I get the shirt outside the box and wore it. I did the same with the socks. I got hungry so I opened the last biscuit I have. Such a shame I already finished my pack of kisses. I remember giving one kisses to Rok and it looks like he like it base on his reaction. So I shared my half on him, since that's all I can give him from all the things he helped me. Thank goodness I have a box of sanitary pad, it can help me until day two of my menstruation. Since I already got my cycle this month before transmigrating, I will need it for the next month. I should get ready and have a lot of cotton stitch prepared. Anyhow, after sorting my things, I brought the book out. Thank goodness it's not glowing like before. It might attract a lot of attention if it glows all the time.
