10. List of Goals

The one that stand out the most on the things that I clarified is that, I am now in a different world with a different belief. The women here get whatever they want. But they are also prone to a lot of danger. They could die at any moment and at any time because they are that weak and this world is full of dangerous things. So base on that, I made a list of goals that I want to achieve secure my future. Here is the things that I wrote...

1. A laid back and peaceful life.

I've been working all 27 years of my life and now I want to rest. Since I am probably dead there, I might as well give it my all to achieve that goal here.

2. Build my harem.

Even Saray got to have ten mates even though she didn't like it, who am I compare to her. I am just an other worlder who have been drag to live here. But I am more than willing to have a good variety of men. Don't misunderstand me, I will take mates but I will care and love them, unlike the women here. Anyways, since she got ten, maybe I'll also range my men around that. I'll find strong, reliable, and handsome males.

3. Get rich

Money is the source of power. Since this is a dog eat dog world, I need it to protect myself and my soon to be husbands. I also need it if I want to feed my kids. I am not naive, in the book, Saray's first time immediately resulted a litter cub. So I know that if i give my virginity a kiss-goodbye, I'll likely have a ninety-nine percent out of one hundred that cubs will follow me soon. I am not sure if I am ready to that, I am excited!

4. I'll decorate my house, and make it beautiful.

I really don't like the looks of den here. It's really plain, and they don't have a single thing in their house. That is why I am going to do my best to make my home lively and comfortable unlike my gloomy apartment. I know I said that maybe i died in my world but, there might be a way to go back. However, even if there are, I would not go. I...i decided to stay here. Sure, I am selfish and irresponsible for living the orphanage that help me grow in my teenage years. But I think that I already paid back my debt. Also, if I die, all the money i save will go to them. They can manage it for years to come. I know that they don't need me anymore.

Reminiscing my past, I thought my next goal, but I suddenly got a mental block. It looks like my thinking ability deflated. I need fuel! Trivia question, if a car need gas to operate, then what do humans need? Charan! The answer is... Food! Good thing, the moment I think of that, Rok called me from living room. I quickly get out and sit on the fur that Rok prepared. I look at the food and ohh la la... I can't believe I have a home cook food right in front of me. I miss this. When my mother's still alive, she always make sure that she's the one who cook all the food I ate. And when she died, that's when it started that I always eat either instant food or fastfood. I also tried to cook, but, well, let's just say that you're gonna die if you eat it hehe. Gawking at the food, I can't help but swallow my saliva until Rok said, my future mate, that I can now eat. That's all it took before I devoured it like I could never eat something like this again.

After we ate, I thank him and then the silence ensued. Yeah, he should accustomed himself to the way I speak if he wants to be my mate. I decided to break the silence.

"Rok, I have something to say. Please listen carefully."

"Okay"

"I am... I am from a faraway place. I don't know why I suddenly got here, but I did. Based from what I observe, we have a different traditions and belief. So my knowledge may contradict yours. You might find me weird, and you might hate me for that. So I am going to ask you for the first and the last time. Are you willing to be my mate?"

No silence emerge, and he quickly answered...

"Yes! I am more than willing to be your mate. "

After that, he blush crazily and decided to cover his face. He's look under a fire hits different. It's like he's seducing me with that purple eyes of his. No no, I still need to get to know him more before I surrender my v-card.

"Okay then, remember the things that I will say. First, since I am in a different place, the way we do process before mating is different. In the past, a man...i mean, a male either ask me if he can pursue me, and then if I say yes, he'd show me his capabilities. But now, when he said like me, and I like him too, we start dating and feel each other compatibility. In terms of financial, and personalities compatibility."

"Now, since we like each other, I'd say, we're dating starting today. We will not mate yet until we saw potential future between us. Is that alright with you?"

"Yes, yes, I am alright with anything."

Wow, how desperate he is to have a mate that he's alright with the way I do things. Don't worry I will not leave you hanging, I just need time. I don't know why, but I feel like the bad guy here. I mean, I do like him now, but it's not enough to give my v-card away just like that. It's still my first day here, we have plenty of days to feel each other out.

"Nice, now that is cleared, I am going to tell you about the family that I want to have. We both know that I have to find other mates, right?

" Y-yes" He said while I imagine his tiger ears dropping down. Don't be like that please! My heart can't take it!

"Good, then, I want to build a harmonious family. I want my mates to get along with each other. If they can't, then at least, act civil with each other. I don't want fights that could get both my mates near death. And I don't want all of you to get hurt. So I am going to ask you whenever I see a potential male, and I want you to tell me your opinion about them. I also want you to tell me about your feelings, because I am not a forecaster, and I won't know what your thinking and feeling without you opening it to me. Now, can you do that?" I ask while huffing a chunk of breath. I feel like, that's the longest talk I ever had since my mother died.

"I... I of course, yes yes. I can do that." He said while looking shock, and then touch. I'm glad. I am so happy that I already told him part of the things I want to do in the future. And glad that he agreed. Now, I can have my peaceful night, with a handsome man besides me.
