You were telling Mark the story of how Harrison Ford had tried to flirt with you on set, earlier in the day, causing him to laugh to himself.

"Harrison asked you out?" Mark asked in disbelief.
Rolling your eyes with a laugh, you answered, "Well, that wasn't supposed to be the funny part. I'm not completely repulsive to all men you know."
Mark grinned. "What did you say?"
"Well, I told him that I was flattered, but I couldn't possibly accept and when he asked why, I told him that you're my boyfriend."
"I'm sure he took that well," he replied, laughing. "He's liked you for quite some time now."
Sitting up, you asked, "You knew?"
"Of course I knew. He told me a few months back that he liked you, which is why I rushed in and asked you out first. I didn't want to lose you to him."
"I can't believe you did that to him. No wonder he was so hurt when I told him you're my boyfriend. He probably felt stabbed in the back."
Mark folded his arms. "You feel bad for him?"
"Well, of course I do."
"Let me guess, the real reason you're so upset is you know you had a shot at dating Harrison Ford and feel disappointed you settled for me."
You scoffed. "I didn't settle, Mark. I... I..."
"You what?"
"I love you, you idiot."
Mark looked stunned, then a smile crept onto his face. "Well, I didn't know that. I love you too, (Y/N)."
Grinning, Mark picked you up and threw you onto the bed, you landing with laughter. He climbed onto your shared bed and pulled you into a tight embrace, peppering your face with kisses.
"You don't think you should call Harrison, do you?" you whispered.
Smiling, Mark silenced you with a kiss to your lips. "I wouldn't worry about him too much. I think he's just stunned that you're the first pretty girl to turn down Harrison Ford!"
