Coming Right Up! - Kang Seulgi

On Monday he came trudging in the cafe, eyes empty like he just left the most gruesome battlefield a man ever encounter.

Waiting in line he did, for a cup of coffee that he hopes could lift his spirits up. When he reached the counter, a women with the most beautiful smile greet him happily, a stark contrast to his state right now.

"Hello! What could I get you?" She said radiantly.

"Just two shots of espresso please" He said emotionlessly.

"Two shots of espresso coming right up!" Seulgi said as he walks to the nearest table, and seemingly stares off into space.

When she came with his order, he quickly drank it and proceed to open his laptop. He didn't leave untill it was closing time

On Tuesday he came again, looking more dejected from yesterday. He orders the same thing as he resume his works with frustration, seeing as he sometimes bangs his head to the table.

On Wednesday the doors open once again to the man, but this time something is different.

"I'm sorry, but I couldn't let you order that" She said with a frown

Hearing this the man was confused, "What do you mean? Why can't I order my usual two shots?"

"Drinking espresso three days in a row is not good for your health, may I suggest something else?" Seulgi said cautiously, not wanting the man to be mad and potentially losing a regular customer.

What the girl said is true, the man thinks to himself. So with a dry chuckle he said, "Alright then, what do you suggest?".

"Well I would suggest our signature macchiato if you would like to try" She clasped her hand with a smile, satisfied with his response.

"I'll take that then" He said to Seulgi with a small smile, by now he just noticed how cute the girl is as he mentally berates himself for not noticing it the last two days.

"Alright one macchiato coming right up! but may I ask for your name?" The girls said as he type in his orders.

"It's Y/N" He said simply while handing some money for his order. After that he takes up his usual place.

When Y/N's orders came, he thanked Seulgi and opens up his laptop. As he was about to drink he saw something in the cup.

"Fighting Y/N-ssi!" was what written in the cup with a cute drawing of a bear besides it.

Y/N laugh at the gestures and looks at Seulgi who is watching his reaction. He smiles and raised his drink as a sign of thank you, while Seulgi smiles back and bow a little.

On Thursday it was raining heavily and the cafe is quite empty except for a few people who came before the rain.

Seulgi was cleaning some plates before she hears the door opens, a customer has came and it was none other than Y/N. Soaked in rain he threw his coat onto the hanger as he walks to the counter, but before she could greet he done it first.

"Good afternoon!" He said jovially, the rain seems doesn't have an effect to his mood.

At first Seulgi was suprised, Y/N is usually in a somber mood, probably because of his works she put two and two together.

"Hello to you too Y/N-ssi! What could i get you today? I hope it's not an espresso again" She said with a cute glare.

Y/N laughed before answering, "No no Seulgi-ssi, recommend me some other specialities that you have please"

"H-how did you know my name?" She questioned Y/N with shock.

"It's in your name tag Seulgi-ssi, or is it not your name then sorry my rudeness" Y/N said with laugh at her cute expression, then he bows a little.
