I entered the Transfiguration classroom and found a piece of parchment paper laid out on the seat I always sat in.

It was folded sloppily, I picked it up and looked around the room to see who would've left it there. It surely wasn't Draco, I walked here with him and he had to go back to the common rooms to grab something he forgot last second.

And then I made eye contact with Harry, who just simply nodded. I instantly knew it was him who left it there. I unfolded the paper and read it:

Hagrid's Hut after class. It will only be me alone.

- H.P

I sighed. I guess this was inevitable.

I sat down and crumbled up the paper and stuffed it in my pocket and waited for everyone else to arrive. The classroom slowly filled up, and everyone except for Draco was here. It shouldn't be taking him that long, what is he doing?

Just as I was thinking that, Draco rushed inside the classroom just before class started. His hair was messy and he was panting. He probably ran here.

He quickly sat down next to me and showed me the Transfiguration book he went to get. "You forgot your book? What an outstanding student you are," I teased him.

"No, you dummy, this is yours. You forgot your book," Draco rolled his eyes while smiling and handed me the book.

"Oh," I muttered in embarrassment as I laid the book on the table.

"Alright class, it's the last two weeks of Hogwarts and some dangerous events occurred, but don't think I will just let you off easy..."

McGonagall lectured us and made us take notes for the entire hour and a half. It was like hell to me, even to Draco. He didn't complain verbally, but I can tell. Well, anyone can tell. He was getting restless in his seat and everything.

"Oh yeah, I have to go somewhere, I'll see you guys later," I said to everyone and started walking the other way.

"Where? I'm coming with you by the way," Draco said as he followed me.

"To speak to my dear cousin, are you sure you're coming?" I whispered back.

Draco shrugged and kept walking with me, "I don't mind laughing at Potter in the back."

"See you two in the common room then!" I heard Elmia shout, I turned around and waved.

We strolled down to Hagrid's Hut, chatting about random things on the way. None of it had anything to do with what I'm about to face, which did let me off a bit anxiety. I was actually quite nervous for this conversation. I didn't know what and how Harry would speak to me about it.

"Y/n!" I heard a voice I haven't heard in a very long time, Harry's. I lifted my head up and met his green eyes. "...And Malfoy." He said, sounding slightly disgusted.

"I'm just making sure a certain someone doesn't jump Y/n," Draco said as he rolled his eyes offensively.

"I'm not going to jump her, Malfoy," Harry scoffed at Draco before turning to face me again, "Anyway, Y/n, it's great to talk to you again. Sorry about what happened... last time."

"Please, let's just talk about what we're really here for. I have friends waiting for me back in the Slytherin common rooms." I just wanted to get it over with instead of having a whole two hour conversation about it. I heard Draco let out a singular laugh.

"Right, right, sorry, sorry," Harry apologized again. Why is he apologizing so much anyway? "I guess I'm just overjoyed that I actually have relatives that's still alive, you know? That's excluding the Dursleys of course."

"So you're not mad?" I sighed our of relief, "Great, that means I can go right?"

"But-"

"I know you want to catch up and all that stuff, but you're the cousin that's staying the summer my parents owled me about right? We'll get plenty of time to catch up then." I then grabbed Draco's arm and ran off.

"Hey don't drag me!" Draco whined as if he wasn't physically stronger than me. I stopped and glanced back at Hagrid's Hut, Harry was now talking to Hagrid. Draco rolled his eyes at the sight, "I kind of regret coming with you now."

"Too late for that, isn't it?"

"I guess."
