"You two are definitely lying about not dating because what the fuck," Elmia said as she watched Draco put his arm around my shoulders in the corridors.

"Nah, we're just really close friends," I replied with a laugh.

"Sure, that's definitely the case," Daphne sarcastically remarked.

"It is in fact the case, we never asked each other out so we're just friends," Draco said while rolling his eyes.

"Maybe you should be more like me just give her a damn kiss?" Theo mocked.

"Let's not bring back what you did, Nott," Draco said as he slightly glared at Theo.

"Alright, no more of that, it's been a whole year," I quickly said before the two starts fighting again, "Anyway, where's Blaise? Has he not woke up yet?"

"Pretty sure he's in the library," Daphne stated.

Draco raised an eyebrow, "What's a dimwit doing in the library?" We laughed and I shook my head.

"At least he's trying? Better than me," I said as I stepped foot in the Great Hall.

"You still need me to be your tutor? Dang, you're dumb," Draco said as he removed his arm from my shoulders since people started staring.

"Hey." We turned to see Fred Weasley, or I think is Fred Weasley, looking at Elmia.

"Hi," Elmia replied with a smile.

"Ew, I hate couples," Draco said as he mimicked a throwing up face and dragged me away and everybody else except for Elmia followed.

"So they're dating? Elmia and Weasley?" Theo said as he turned around to look at Elmia and Fred talking and laughing.

"How does she even tell the twins apart?" Daphne just spoke for the whole group there.

"No idea, she told me she just does," I shrugged.

We saw Elmia less often now, it was always either never or we see her with Fred. None of us judged or hated her for that of course, but our friend group has gone down by one because of that.

I have also talked to Koa a few times since the first day. With the company of Draco since he wouldn't let me be alone with any guy anymore. It was annoying at first but it didn't take long to get used to.

So this time I'm surprisingly happily roaming around the castle without a personal bodyguard trailing behind me. I've never felt so ungrumpy after waking up so early in the morning.

"Morning." A voice said from behind and I turned around to meet Koa.

"Morning," I replied with a smile, "What are you doing up so early?"

"I'm always up early, what are you doing?" Koa asked as he leaned onto the wall.

"Enjoying my first time without a personal bodyguard," I said happily.

"So is Malfoy your boyfriend? His words have been going around."

"No. What words?"

"That you're his. And no way, you two are like super glue."

"He said that?" I frowned, "We're not even dating, he's really limiting my love life to zero right now."

"Why's that? You're technically still single so you're open."

"Have you not heard of the Malfoys?"

"Oh shit, forget what I said then," Koa said with a chuckle. I opened my mouth to respond but saw Draco out of the corner of my eye and I just ran.
