Draco didn't lie about visiting.

The blond sat across from me on the couch, head resting on his hand that was on the armrest. His grey eyes basically pierced into my soul. I slightly winced and looked away.

"Fine, you win."

The edges of his mouth curled up to a smirk and he sat up just to lay back on the couch.

"Of course I did, I always do," He said cockily while rubbing his eyes.

"I only forfeited because you looked like you were about to kill me," I rolled my eyes.

He smirks and leans towards me, "It's about strategy, so I won fair and square."

"Whatever," I said as my eyes darted around the empty living room. Mom and Dad went out for a date after meeting Draco, Elmia and Harry went out to roam around again. It was just me and him alone.

"So," Draco started speaking, which got me to look at him again, "Is Yaxley and Potter a thing now?" He raises his eyebrows.

"No?"

"Kind of seems like it, they looked awfully close when I walked past them to get here." His eyes narrowed at the thought.

"I'd be mad if they kept it from me in my own damn house," I joked as I got up and stretched.

"I'm surprised a Yaxley got that close to a Gryffindor," Draco commented and he stood up and smoothed out any wrinkles on his shirt.

"What if I told you that we also got close to two Weasleys?" I said as I started walking towards the door.

"I'd say you're lying," He followed me. There was a small pause before he started talking again.

"It was the twins, isn't it? I thought I saw you with them."

I turned around to look at him and raised my eyebrows, "And you didn't come and say hi?" I lightly whacked him on the arm.

"I'd rather die than be seen with Gryffindors, especially Potter and the Weasleys," He scoffs at the mention of Harry, "Are we going somewhere or are you just kicking me out?"

"Yes I'm definitely kicking you out," I laughed, "Kidding. We're gonna go out too, there's nothing to do in here, is there?"

Draco POV

I couldn't take my eyes off Y/n the second I saw her again after what seemed like an eternity. She was with Yaxley, Potter, and the Weasley twins in Diagon Alley.

I couldn't stop staring. And now I couldn't stop thinking about it either. It's almost frustrating. I didn't think about her at all over the summer, but the second I got her letter, that changed.

And now I'm being told that we're kinda going on a date? Yeah, that didn't help my situation.

"So where do you want to go?" She asked as she locked her door and looked up at me. I thought for a bit and smiled.

"Just come with me," I said and held out my hand for her to hold. She looked confused but still put her hand on mine. I turned my head away since I couldn't help but smile wider at her touch.

I walked us to Malfoy Manor, not going in of course. I just needed to grab two broomsticks since there was none at Y/n's place. I remember her fascinated face when I flew past her during Quidditch matches. And now I'll show her how fun it is.

"Isn't this Malfoy Manor?" She questioned, her eyes sparkling as she gazed at the enormous manor.

"Yeah, we're not going in though."

"We're not? So I walked all the way here for nothing?" She whined.

"Not for nothing, I just needed to get two broomsticks for us," I said as I dragged her whining ass to the field behind the manor.

"But I don't wanna flyyy," She continued whining and stopped walking.

"Stop whining like a 5 year old, come on." Now I'm literally dragging her, she resisted and tried to shake her hand out of mine.

I smirked, "You already know that's not gonna work. Now, come on already, it'll be fun."

She groaned but still listened to me and came with me. I grabbed a broomstick and handed it to her.

"This is so ass," She muttered as she took the broomstick.

"Stop complaining, I swear it'll be fun."

Y/n POV

As much as I hated flying due to my fear of height, I was in the air with the assistance of Draco. It was embarrassing to have him literally bring me up into the sky because I was too scared to open my eyes and kick off.

"Don't worry about falling, I got you." That's what he said. It made me feel more secure and I opened my eyes and started flying pretty high up in the air. It felt like I was dreaming.

Draco didn't lie, this is fun. And now that I think about it, he has never lied to me before. He might've kept things from me, but he never lied. Not once.

No wonder I felt like I've grown attached to him.
