Bratt did a marvelous job. Back home, he grinned like a madman. Obviously he was in a good mood.

Leaning against the doorframe I asked, "Enjoying yourself dear?"

"What can I say my love, I have been a bad boy."

"How bad exactly?"

He was a diamond of a henchmen. He managed to make this day of school, a total nightmare for Gru's girls. The result was, that they were picked up from the child services. In public, they don't exist. Scarlett and Herb made up this service. They have taken the girls to an old warehouse near the town and keeps them there till further notice.

I was overwhelmed by his efforts, that I jumped on to him...only to fall to the floor. Bratt's attention was on the television. He literally stuck to that flat thing. The adverts were on, one however, caught his eye.

"I can't believe it! Evil brat is back on TV and animated?!"

Expecting him to be devastated, he jumped around like a kid on Christmas, "Whop, whop, I am back, yeah, the evil Bratt is back!"

This wasn't the only good news he received a letter, asking him to do a sequel. Bratt could hardly believe his luck. Even more, he loved to be my henchman. He had to decide what he wanted to do, fame or revenge?

"It is up to you what you do. I mean, after my revenge, I might not need you anymore."

Bratt came over and hugged me tight, "You, my girl, are the best!"

"So now you want a hug?"

"Bad boys need some affection too."

I grinned wide, "What can I say? I am a bad girl.

"Cheeky. Let me know when you need any help okay?"

"Sure thing, but what about you? Don't you want any revenge on Gru anymore?"

Bratt shook his head. This plan of his was history, Hollywood is his next destination. I laughed at this. An entertainer through and through. As expected, he made everything ready for me. He had send a letter to Gru, about all what happened at school and the precaution they took. But that is not all. He showed me my mask, "You have an appointment with Mr. Gru later on, as Miss Hattie."

"Wonderful. Thank you for doing this."

"Anything for my Shadow."

Before he packed his bags, Bratt left a note on the table. On it was the destination of the house, were Scarlett and Herb are keeping the girls. They left them in the cellar, in case someone might hear them scream and shout for help. I was informed about this, so my plan has to go quick. Bratt helped me into the outfit and adjusted my mask. With a bit of acting lessons from a professional I was ready. Once I left the house, Bratt would be gone. Because of that, he stayed a while longer.

While I had fun talking to my old henchman, Gru was desperately in need of someone to talk to.

Lucy's phone isn't working, Dru is gone, the girls are taken away and Nefario is on holiday. The minions are not the best option to talk to, but the only ones left. His mother isn't an option either. Nervous of Miss Hattie's arrival, got him thinking. Is the house clean, appropriate for children or is there more? The minions were doing a good job to take care of the house, while he went out to get some cake. Remembering the fist time they met, he wanted to make a good impression today. Gru hopes that she doesn't hold any grudges against him, especially his choice of words to compliment her.

While he was anxious of my arrival, I was excited to play someone else today. Let's see how much of a teacher Bratt really is. Standing in front of the long dark house, I constantly pressed the doorbell. I don't like to wait for too long out here, the costume was really heavy.

Gru jumped at the sudden sound, repeatedly making the same tune. With a wave he told the minions to leave. At the door, he checked once more, if anyone was walking towards his lab.The face of Miss Hattie made him shudder, "Welcome Miss Hattie. Please, come in."

My appearance seems to be convincing, as I slowly got in, pretending to analyse the house from the inside.

Gru got nervous, "So, how is the orphanage?"

Raising my brow I orders him to hurry up, "I haven't got all day Mr. Gru. Let's talk about the girls."

"Sure, why don't we go out? It is lovely outside. I got us some cake, I bet you like it."

Bad comment.

I took it to my advantage, "Are you saying because I carry some extra weight, that I love cake?"

"No, no, I didn't mean it like that. You have the perfect figure, very feminine."

"Is that so? If I am so feminine, what is your wife?"

Bullseye!

Gru didnt expect me to know Lucy, "I eh...well...can we get to the point with the girls?"

Oh, changing the subject, very well.

"Let get to the bottom of this, your girls used verbal and physical abuse to other children, hurting them badly." The photos were fakes, but Gru doesn't know that. His wide eyes with disbelieve, was pure joy to me. Returning them back into the file, I leaned closer to the man, "Do you have any idea what consequences you are facing here? This is outrageous, the girls are obviously out of co from and you, Mr Gru, are not able to take care of them."

The man was frightened of my next words. As for me, I took my sweet time, taking a sip of the coffee and a few bites of the cake. Gru was going mad inside, moving uncomfortable in his chair.

"You see... In such a situation..." I took another bite.

"...we find it best to take the girls and place them to a more..." With my finger I pointed around, reffering to his home, "...decent place to grow up."

"Please Miss Hattie, let me show you that I am a good parent. The girls are all I have left."

There is not turning back now. I shrugged, "You should have been more careful, now it is too late."

I couldnt resist, grabbing the entire cake, "As for my feminine figure...I need a few more curves. Good day Mr. Gru."
