inspired by DND Earth by Smaugthedm, this is my take on it. It incorporates the lore of many different franchises into 1 universe and is set on an alternate version of Earth.

Background:
The New California Republic or NCR for short, are a democratic republic nation that was founded in 2189. The NCR has territory around most of California,Nevada,and Oregon. Their goal is restore values of Democracy and the Rule of Law, similar to the united States government before the war. The main currency of the NCR is their own form of paper money,along with Nuka Cola and Sunset Sarsaparilla bottle caps (after the Brotherhood of Steel destroyed their gold stockpile) The NCR recruits citizens from all walks of life,men,women,ghouls, Super mutants (though not many,due to a still lingering prejudice).

Ranger= NCR ranger armor, .357 single action revolver,Cowboy Repeater, 20 rounds of .357 ammo.
Veteran Ranger= NCR riot armor, Ranger Sequoia,Anti Material Rifle,Brush gun(must pick one of the guns) and 20 rounds for which weapon you pick.
Engineer= An NCR engineer jumpsuit, an H&H Tools nail gun, Spanner wrench, portable crafting kit, 90 nails.
