Background: When Pok'emon returned to the world in the early 1990s, Silph Co has been the foremost producer of Pok'emon related equipment. Most notably, The PokeBall and it's many counterparts, originally designed using a combination of Tumblestone and Apricorns in the mid to late 1800s,the modern versions were first made in the 1920s prior to the Pok'emons worldwide disappearance. When the Pok'emon returned, this PokeBall model was mass produced and expanded upon. Aside from PokeBalls, Silph co has produced the Item Finder,PokeGear Silph scope,Pokeflute,and the many Pokemon medicines and support items.

Trader: Apricorn Ball maker.

Scientist: PokeBall maker.

Beast Master: Park ball distributor.

Hero: Master Ball Keeper.

Paladin: Beast ball user.

Worker: PokeBall maker.

Faction Bonuses:

Apricorn Ball maker: Because Apricorn Balls aren't official Silph Co products, they entrusted you with the schematics for distributing them on their part. You can craft any Apricorn Ball without skill requirements,all you need are specific Apricorns which you'll be given 6 of your choice.

PokeBall maker: As an employee in PokeBall production, you have the schematics for crafting any PokeBall (except Apricorn Balls or Master Balls) without skill requirements,but still need the materials.

Master Ball Keeper: You're entrusted with a prototype Master Ball,which you're free to use for catching a Pok'emon,you only get 1 per campaign.

Park Ball distributor: Every Thursday, there's an event in Johto where you use a park Ball to catch a bug type Pok'emon. Your job is to distribute Park balls to contestants. You have access to 10 Park balls that can catch a bug type Pok'emon without fail.

Beast ball user: Because Ultra Beasts have become more and more of a menace to Alola, Silph Co and the Aether Foundation collaborated on the production of a PokeBall that's specialized for ultra beasts. You are given 10 Beast balls which can catch Ultra beast Pok'emon without fail.

Quick ball user: You specialize in user Quick balls,due to your agile nature, you are given 10 Quick balls which take a coin flip instead of a dice roll to capture a Pok'emon.

All classes: You are given a pokegear, Silph scope (which you can use to search for a ghost Pok'emon. 1-2 you don't find one,3-5, you find one,6 you find a shiny ghost type.you can only use it 12 times per campaign.) Item finder (you roll a die, 1: you find an item you call, 2-3: You find a random item that the dm calls,4-6: you find nothing. You can only use it 5 times per campaign) Pokeflute (At the cost of 12 AP, Your Pok'emon will wake up from being put to sleep)
