Special/skill relations:

You have 40 points to invest in your Special, each point will add 3 points to the Special stat's corresponding skills.

(Example: Endurance corresponds to your Explosives,Armor,and Instinct skills)

Also, if you choose, you can invest some special points into a trait.

Traits are perks that grant you a buff with a debuff.

Now for the other Special/Skill correspondence:

Strength: Melee weapons/Ranged weapons.

Perception: Stealth/Medicine/Engineer.

Endurance: Armor/Explosives/Instinct.

Charisma: Charm/Medicine.

Intelligence: Engineer/Medicine/Energy weapons/Magic/Explosives.

Agility:Stealth/Armor/Ranged weapons.

Luck: All skills.

While writing this, I came up with an idea for a zodiac system. The zodiac sign you give your character will apply a skill boost and grant a special ability.
