Chapter-6

It was really a hectic day. Vikrant was shooting non stop for almost 16 hours. It was almost 10 'o clock when shoot was done. After packing up and scheduling for the next scene he went back home.

The clock hit eleven when he reached home. There was silence around the house.

Everyone must be sleeping... He thought and took out the spare key of the house and slowly opened the door. As he pulled the door a stool overturned and fell on the floor. With the stool he saw someone falling down as well . She was about to hit the ground but he instantly moved forward and catched her in his arms.

His heart was beating fast because of that incident. He balanced himself and held her tightly in his arms. When he stood properly he looked at her to see who she was.

She was clenching her T-shirt tightly with her hands. Her face was hidden in his chest. She was  all curled up like a baby hugging him. He curiously looked at her to recognize but he was not able to see her face. After a moment she turned her face and as she opened her eyes he got shocked .

"You....." Both of them shouted in surprise. He instantly loosened his grip and as a result her legs touched the floor trembling.

"What are you doing here?..... He asked while getting furious. Never in his dreams he had expected to see her again and that too in his home.

"Who are you to ask me that? "She replied in anger too. She couldn't believe he was standing in front of her.

"How is he here!!" She couldn't get it.

"And by the way why did you enter in the house at  this time like a thief.... Omg.....
Dadi...... Dadi......" She started screaming when a fearful thought striked her mind.

"Hey stop shouting..." Vikrant said and closed her mouth with his palms and pinned her against the wall. She got stunned at his action.
He was standing so close to her while his one hand was on her lips and with other hand he was gripping her hands.

Her heart was beating fast in fear. She was looking into his blue eyes that had a hint of brown, which was getting darker in anger. He was breathing heavily and she could feel his hot breath on her face.

"Stop shouting and tell me what are you doing here in my house?.... He questioned while giving stress to each word and slowly removed his hand from her lips.

As he said my house, she got another shock of the day.. And her eyes went wide and she looked at him with disbelief.

"Stop staring at me and answer me..... What are you doing here?"He asked once again in his heavy voice just then he heard dadi's voice.

"Avni.... What happened?..... What is this noise?..... Dadi asked and walked out of her room and as she saw both of them in that position she was stunned.

"Vicky...... What are you doing?" She shouted and as he saw her he quickly moved away from Avni. As he moved aside Avni immediately ran towards dadi and hid behind her.

"What's going on here?" Dadi asked in confusion.

"That you tell me dadi.... What is she doing here?How do you know her?" Vikrant asked while looking at Avni furiously.

"She is  Avni.... I have hired her to help me in my work but what happened to you? Why are you getting angry?"Dadi asked while holding Avni's hand.

"Huhh... What???... You hired her.... Dadi you don't know her.. She can't be trusted. I know why she is here...... I know who she actually is...."He said while glancing at her furiously.

It was enough for Avni. He was accusing her and calling her dishonest and questioning about her intentions. She couldn't take it anymore.

"Stop it Mr. Kashyap...." She screamed while fuming in anger.
