"Papa.... What are you doing next weekend?...." Sam asked while having cornflakes.

"Why?..." Vikrant questioned.

"Papa.... Did you forget?... It's badi dadi's birthday..." Sam reminded him.

"I know Sam...... What about that?" He asked.

"Dad she is turning 71. Isn't it great? I want a big party and invite all my friends on her birthday.

"Ya Sam, but party..... I mean she has never celebrated her birthday before and now a birthday party..... I don't think she would agree...." He explained.

"No papa.... She has agreed..." Sam told him and he was shocked. How could she agree?

"Dadi... Dadi...' He called her and she came out from the kitchen with Avni .

"Yes Vicky...." She replied.

"Umm.... Do you know what Sam said?" He questioned.

"Yes.... I know.... About birthday party... Look Vicky I know it's a stupid idea.... I mean at this age throwing a birthday party ...but Sam is being stubborn he doesn't listen to me so I agreed but if you have any problem then..,.." She was getting embarrassed.

"Come on Dadi.... Why would I have a problem?.... It's great.... If Sam wants a party then he will get one...so its final we will celebrate dadi's birthday.....Sam, dadi...invite all your friends and whomever you want ..." He said and looked at Avni who was standing behind Dadi  and was praising herself that her plan worked.

She knew dadi won't be able to ask him for a party so she prepared Sam to do so. She knew Vikrant would never say no to him and that's what happened.

"Wow Avni you are a genius..... Soon he would meet those girls and perhaps would find a wife for himself and I'll be saved from him."

"Yes....." She mumbled and crossed her fingers.

"Avni....." He suddenly called her and broke her chain of thoughts.

"Huhhh....." She whispered and looked at him nervously.

He keenly looked at her...
Why every time she becomes nervous when I call her.... He thought .

"Ummm..... If you want, you can also invite your friends... Or......" He paused.
"Do you know anyone here in Mumbai.....? " He asked.

"Huhh... Ya... Actually.... Ummm....." She was not ready for this question.

"Should I tell him about Ayush or not?.... I mean he doesn't want to disclose our relationship at this point of his career and asked me to wait...." She again lost in her thoughts.

"Avni.. Hey... Where are you lost?" He asked while snapping his fingers.

"Hunn... Actually.. I...." She Stammered.

"Don't be nervous and invite whomever you want to, ok...." He suddenly said so politely that she was shocked.

"What kind of person is he. Sometimes he Becomes a devil and suddenly he starts behaving like a saint...... God I can never understand this man.." She mumbled.

"Ok.. Then... Sam let's go... After dropping you I have to go office...." Vikrant said and stood up.

Vikrant, Avni and Sam were about to leave when suddenly her phone rang.

"Excuse me.... It's my mother...." She said and picked up the phone.

"Hello ma...." She replied and started talking to her. Suddenly she heard something which made her to jump in joy.
