A week later, my Thaddeus and I are at the mall because he decided that he wanted to buy new clothes for a so-called 'date'. And then, I saw Agathe with her friends they walked up to me.
"Hey, Brahms, it's nice to see you again, wait a second, MAIA! KATHARINA! REGINA!"
She called her friends and they strutted before I even told her that I wanted to take her out on a date.
Maia Quinn is the kindest of them all, I never had a memory of her getting mad at someone for not being on time or not serving the right order at the restaurant. Regina Martins is the famous one, I remember her at the cheerleading contest for the tournament. And then, there was Katharina Taylor, she's in a band and plays the drum, she is the rockstar of the friend group.
Agathe introduce her friends to us but someone interrupted her.
"Aggie, baby..."
"Hey... Marvin, this is my friend that I was telling you about, Brahms."
Marvin shook my hand after he gave Agathe a peck on her cheek while I was thinking that I was going to fail if I asked Agathe on a date. And while I was doing that, my brother Thaddy was going head-over-heels by the beauty of Maia.
"I am very pleased to meet you, Brahms. Agathe told many things about you."
"Pleased to meet you too, Marvin. Anyway, this is my brother Thaddeus. Thaddeus this is-", Maia cuts me in the middle of my sentence.
"Can you join us? We're about to watch a movie!" Maia excitedly asked.
"Actually my bro-"
Thaddeus was so eager to get to know more Maia, he didn't hesitate to say yes and I was just there, awkwardly walking up to the parking lot to go to the movies. That time, it was the first time that I ever asked Thaddeus for a favor which is going home alone.
"Brahms, look, I know you can't get any girl (That's not true by the way), but the love of my life is here. And I need you there because your friend is here, you know what I mean?" Thaddeus whispered.
"Thaddeus, I hate movies and first of all, you just said that tonight you are going on a date tonight with 'the love of your life', and second she is not a close friend of mine," I said to him. "And it's not nice to just abandon the girl you asked on a date!" I added.
