After that, it's like summer just went by and autumn waved hello. I have not heard from Agathe since Mel and I met. Same with Katharina and Mathis, Regina and Raleigh. It's like they don't want to see me anymore. I feel that they were angry at me for breaking up with Agathe. I can't blame them, they didn't know the reason... Melissa and I officially became a couple after two months of getting to know each other.
"Hon! Melissa! We're going to be late!" I shouted for Mel because she and I were going to a special dinner.
"Okay, okay!" She said and she went down with her red satin dress flowing to her body like water, and I remember that her lips were vividly colored by red, her ginger hair tied up into a bun with a bit of it falling to her face. And her eyes... Oh, her emerald green eyes were staring at me softly.
"What?" She giggled.
"I- um- uh," I said stuttering. I was speechless. She looked so... Beautiful. "You look... Gorgeous, honey..."
"Am I not beautiful when I haven't worn my make-up?"
"No, no, of course, you're beautiful even if you don't wear make-up, it's just- this is embarrassing-"
"What's embarrassing?" She asked while kissing me on my cheeks then she looked up at me while fixing my tie.
"I haven't seen a girl so beautiful with a red dress and red lipstick. And you took my breath away."
We drove to the restaurant and let her sit down while I called her parents and her brother, Marion. My parents were there too. They're too excited. Of course, Thaddeus was there too. That night, he and Maia broke up, and Maia was nowhere to be found. I can see Thaddy's bloodshot eyes because of crying from afar, yet he still supported me.
Melissa was getting suspicious about me going from here and there. When I sat down, my face was sweating. I have never been nervous like that before. My heart was beating faster and faster. She wiped my sweat and then asked me:
"Are you alright? What's going on?!"
I looked at my dad, and he gave me a nod. I knelt on one knee. And asked her; "Will you marry me?"
I thought she wouldn't be so surprised because our parents told us that we should marry each other for them. Who knew that I - we could find love from that? Melissa sobbed while she said the three letters I have been waiting for. God! Even if she was crying she still looked pretty. I put on the ring in her left hand, then, she hugged me tight.
"I love you, Brahms. So, so, much."
"I love you too, Mel. More than you could imagine..."

"Alright, what's the plan?"
"Flowers, then, church, then-"
I put my lips next to hers and she was shocked, again. She was adorable.
"Brahms Kline! Oh!"
"What?" I asked her, confused.
"You can't just do that!" She was laughing so beautifully.
"Do what?"
"Oh honey, you can't even say the word 'kiss', you're cute."
She punched me, and mind you, it hurt. A lot. She's strong, so strong. At this point, I thought we were going to be married, forever. And that thought was right, till death to us part, right?
We went to a florist. Her friend in short. His name was Wyatt Redd. He was Melissa's ex-boyfriend that turned out to be gay. He wears these ridiculous floral shirts and whatnot.
"Lissa! Oh my goodness... I haven't seen you in a while!"
"I know, and look at my finger!"
Wyatt saw Melissa's ring. And they were both squealing like little girls. I was about to cover my ears when they stopped.
Melissa picked daisies, snapdragons, and windflowers. She (Melissa) was about to ask me what flower I wanted for the wedding... I was about to say baby's breath, then, I restrained myself from saying it.
"You pick what you want and what's the best Mel. I want you to be happy."
"Aw... Wait I'mma grab some tissue."
