-ALYSSA'S POV-

"STOP!" I laughed running around from Mikey as he tried to take away my phone to get me to delete a video I took of him.

"Babe!" He groaned and laughed as he caught up to me, grabbing my waist and tackling me to the ground, "Got you!"

It was currently august and two months since my album came out. It's been number 1 since then. A lot of people really enjoyed it and I'm surprised.

We've been talking about a tour lately, and I think I'm ready to go back on the road. I finished school, I'm in a good place mentally, spending more time with family. Mikey loved in a few weeks ago, & I get to see Carter twice a week. It's been good.

"So are we going?" Mikey asked as he sat on the couch, and got onto his phone.

I sighed loudly and plopped down into the spot next to him, "Possibly."

"Why not?" He asked yet again, for the fifth time this week and it's only Tuesday.

"Because I just feel it will be weird, don't you think?" I asked as I played with the loose string to my sweater I was wearing, "I mean, it is Jason's wedding we are talking about."

"It could be fun," He shrugged, looking at me, "Plus you said you guys were fine."

"We are. I think we're friends. I mean he did invite me," I trailed off but this shook my head, "Jessi invited me specifically.."

"Okay?" He tilted his head, raising an eyebrow at me, "Seems to me like she's okay with it. So we are going."

"Fine. We can go." I crossed my arms and huffed, "But it's like a Forrest theme, which means I have to wear a green dress or a brown dress and green nor brown match my skin tone."

"Everything matches you." He laughed kissing my head before getting up and grabbing his keys, "I have a shift soon, but I will be home at 5!"

We said I love yous and see you layers, he was off and I was alone.

*LATER THAT DAY*

"Girl, yes." I said to Leah as we drove around to find her the perfect wedding dress. She asked me if it was okay if we looked at a few more she had in mind. This would be our 4th store in just two hours.

Leah was getting married in July of next year. It was so close yet so far away. She wanted to get a jump on looking for dresses because she was not sure if she could find one that she really loved or if she had to get it made, and that could take months.

It blew my mind that at 18 this is what she wanted. I know Jael and her were made for each other though. I couldn't see them with anyone else. I was fully supportive of the wedding. They would be 19 and 20.

Samah and Nick are engaged as well. Jason is literally on his way to get married in 4 days. It just feels like everyone knows what they want in life.

I know I'm only 17, but I'm not completely convinced Mikey and I will get married. Even though I love him to death and if I did get married he is the one I would want to be married too. It's just we've never talked about it. Like ever. Which is surprising considering his parent got married young. He never brought it up and I was just always so scared too.

I try not to think about it as I just mentioned I'm too young to even think about it but there are kids younger than me discussing it at least. I don't know I think I'm just a bit jealous.

She parked into the lot of the store and we both got out and I of course had to deal with papz more recently as my album went completely crazy.

"ALYSSA! HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT JASON GETTING MARRIED?"
"ARE YOU SAD?"
"DOES IT BOTHER YOU IT ONLY TOOK HIM TWO MONTHS TO WANNA MARRY HER INSTEAD OF YOU?"
"WHERES CARTER?"
"LEAH! CONGRATULATIONS."
