"There." Pj said as he hit a button and sat back in his seat, "That's a wrap!"
It was a very long and stressful few weeks, but we did it. We finished the album. Now, it's just up to Pj and his other producers to finish a few more of the songs I recorded.
I sighed and smiled proudly, "I never doubted us."
He rolled his eyes and snickered at me, shaking his head, "Yeah...OKAY."
I walked out of the recording booth just to hear my phone buzz

I frowned at the read mark but decided to not think too much about it as I know Mikey has been struggling with his mental health lately.
"Okay Pj. I will probably see you later tonight, I'm gonna go home and sleep for whatever time I can." I laughed and fist bumped him before walking out the studio.
I felt the fresh morning breeze on my skin and stood by my car door for just a minute. Sometimes life can just be so overwhelming I forget that I'm literally alive breathing and healthy. I need to take a second to just breathe.
*Drive Home*
I grabbed my purse from my passenger seat, got out my car and locked the door a few times.
As I walked up my front steps, I noticed that Mikey's car was parked on the side walk and not in the garage like it normally is.
Okay maybe I should start to worry?
"Babe?" I called out entering my home and walked over to the living room where I seen my lovely boyfriend watching the news, "Hey."
"Hey Lyssy." He said patting the spot next to him, "Come here, I missed you."
I quickly dropped my bags on the vacant spot on the loveseat next to the couch and practically jumped on the man.
He let out a laugh and so did I. He hugged me tight and kissed my cheeks a few times before pulling away and closing his eyes.
"You okay, my love?" I asked as I picked my head up from his chest, I stared at him and he looked like he was just over it.
"I'm not sure. You know how I've been lately. Life is just getting to be a lot sometimes." He sighed, opening his eyes and staring right back at me.
"You have me. Even if life feels worthless, and you feel like you don't wanna be here anymore, you can always count on me. I will have your back no matter what. You are never alone my love, you are loved." I said pulling him closer to me, he felt so warm.
I loved this man so much. It physically pains me to see him in pain. With Jason, he never really showed his emotions or at least talked about them. Mikey is sensitive and emotional. I appreciate that sometimes. I think that's what makes us so close too.
