Please don't make harder than it already is,
I'm trying to get over this.
~Conan Gray.

What did he even mean by 'you can kick my balls'? Was he being serious? And what was ever going to make Elora do that? Like what in the world was he thinking of asking her? She knew she could be a little too much sometimes but seriously, saying that, Elora was really debating on whether she wanted to run away or listen to his question.

"Okay... So... I was kind of hoping you'd go on a date with me and be my girlfriend?" Felix said closing his eyes and it kinda looked like he was bracing himself for any kind of physical touch.

While Elora on the other hand was completely shaken up. She wanted this day to come for a long time. She really wanted to go out with him. She really did. But what if something happens and they...... She was sure that Felix had given it a thought but still didn't know what she was going to actually do.

"Um..... I don't want to kick you in the balls.... Although I do want to kind of run away...." Elora said and heard a few sighs from behind that weren't sighs of relief.

"So it's a no?" Felix said in a sad tone that made Elora want to disappear.

"It isn't a no... Nor is it a yes...." Elora said and Felix's blue eyes were filled with hope.

"Then let me help make that a yes." He said as he pulled her by her waist and kissed her. While one hand on her waist his other hand was cupping her cheek. Elora was a bit surprised but the emotion went as soon as it came. She felt smooth, relaxed, and loved even. It wasn't her first kiss but she wished it would've been.

"Did that help?" Felix said still very close. Elora could feel his lips on hers as she said, "Maybe. Want to change that?"

"Oh yes sure I do." Elora felt his grin as he said that before their lips crashed again.

"Go get a room, you two." They heard Cullen say and both chuckled into the kiss.

"Yeah. Now stop all this and let's go to get a few books." Emma said. Felix intertwined their fingers and all of them went to get books. Actually, Cullen, Blake and Felix had no idea where they were going and Elora bet that if they knew, they would never agree to come along. That's the reason she and Emma had never told them about where they were going.

As they reached they heard all of the three boys groan. They seriously didn't like books.

"We could've just gone to the ice rink!" Blake said.

"Yeah!" The other two agreed.

"Please boys?" Both Emma and Elora gave them their best puppy dog eyes. That would always work.

"Fine. But only and hour." Blake said in an annoyed tone.

"Come on." Elora said as she took Felix with her and Cullen inside. It had been like that for the past three years. Blake and Emma would always be paired because they were dating. So Elora would take Cullen and Felix but now it was kind of different.

"I'll go by the technology books and leave you two alone for a while. But don't expect it to been for more than fifteen minutes." Cullen said.

"Okay Cullen." Elora chuckled. No matter how matured Cullen looked, he always acted like a child around her. In fact all three of them were like that.

"So which one you buying this time?" Felix said smiling at Elora looking through the books in front of her. He couldn't take his eyes off her even if his life depended on it.

"I don't know.. I can't seem to find anything interesting..... Oh wait!" Elora said in excitement as she picked a book. It was the last book in the series The Uncharted Four. She had been searching for it for a long time. She believed that reading books online was like not respecting the author so even though she had found the book online she hadn't read it. But all her excitement vanished when she looked at the price. It wasn't very high, in fact she should've been able to pay for it. But she had spent half of her monthly money on her medications that she hadn't had much left.
