Kenny and Leo go back to Kenny's car to sit for a while.

"Kenny... tomorrow... do you really think the whole school saw the article?"

"Probably... I mean... look at all the people that showed up at your house..."

"You saw that..?"

"It was all over the news... that's why I came looking for you. I wanted to make sure you were safe..."

"How am I supposed to go back there now..."

"Stay with me. At least until things calm down. I don't want those people making things worse for you..."

"Are you sure? Is there room for me?"

"We can share my room. We are dating now so..."

"Yeah, I guess. Thank you."

Kenny grabs Leo's hand. "I'm here for you. We're gonna get through this."

"I hope so..."

"Let's go back to my house for now, then we can sort out a plan for school."

"Okay."

"Kenny! Where have you been? You ran out of here so fast I couldn't ask where you were going..." Karen meets Kenny at the door.

"Oh, I was just on a little hunt I guess. You saw the news?"

"I did! Is he okay?"

Kenny steps to the side, revealing Leo. "He is fine. He is gonna stay with us for a while until everything calms down."

"Oh good. I was worried."

Karen steps up to Leo. "Hi! I'm Kenny's little sister. My name is Karen."

Leo smiles. "Hello! I'm Leo."

Karen smirks, "Oh, I know."

"You know?"

Kenny wraps an arm around Leo. "She's my sister and my best friend. I tell her everything. She figured out that I liked you before I did."

"What? Did you tell him? He knows you like him..?"

"He does. Karen, this is my boyfriend."

Karen gasps. "Finally!!! I waited so long!! 45 CHAPTERS OF MY LIFE I WAITED!"

"What? Are you high?"

"No, just running a narrative."

"Okay... Well, Leo and I have some talking to do."

"Sure. Talking."

Kenny rolls his eyes. "Shut up. I'll be back out for dinner. Are Mom and Dad gonna be home for it?"

"No, Kevin is picking up some food from the community center to bring home. Just us kids tonight. Plus Leo."

"Okay. Call us in when he gets here."

"I'll text you. Wouldnt want to interrupt anything~"

"I told you to stop that."

"Ehehee~" Karen scampers off into her room.

Kenny sighs and shuts the front door. "She's so energetic."

Leo smiles and tilts his head. "She seems really nice!"

"Yeah. She's the best of us. Come, let's get to my room."

"Okay!"

Kenny smiles as he leads Leo into his room, he could tell that Leo was cheering up. It made him happy.

Leo sits down on Kenny's bed. "It's small... Is this a twin-sized bed?"

"Yeah. Is that a problem?"

"No, just... We will probably have to sleep really close together..."

"I'm counting on it."

"You're such a horndog."

"Just me? From what I remember... You might be worse... you hide it better, but you definitely have initiated it more times than me."

"..."

"Why so quiet?"

"Can we make out?"

"Ha! What did I just say? You're way more horny than me."

"Am not! I just want to... You know... Thank you... Plus we are dating now and... I..."
