1. Still Searching

"Levi honey wake up its already morning" Mia spoke as she entered Levi's room, which again was a mess. Levi does not leave his room a mess but somedays are exceptional. Like today, well-being a 20-year-old who has not found his mate and patiently waiting for him he loses it sometimes. His best friend found his mate yesterday. Which made him happy for his friend, but he became sad thinking all the possibilities that maybe his mate is already married or so.

"Honey wake uppp......" Mia started pulling his blanket off him. Levi grown pulling the blanket back on. But he knew he wouldn't be able to win against his mom. She is a strong she wolf. After a little more pushing and pulling of the blanket, Levi gave up and let the blanket be taken away from him and the cool air from the air conditioner hit his body making him shiver. 

He sat up stretching like a cat and rubs his eyes. With a pout he looks at his mom who has moved to open the curtains to let the natural light flow inside the room. He squinted his eyes as the bright light lit up his dark room, turning his head in the opposite direction he stretched some more and then lazily got out of the bed.

The pout never leaving his face as he walked towards his mom and wrapped his arms around her shoulders mumbling "good morning mom...." and closed his eyes in her warmth. Mia smiled seeing her baby boy acting like this again. She raised her hand and cared her sons' cheeks and hummed. 

"Breakfast is almost ready you should go get fresh n up and come downstairs."

"What's for the breakfast?" Levi asked in his sleepy voice. 

"Your favorite. Dad is making it. After you came back home last night, he already was ready to make your favorite breakfast." Mia rolled her eyes and spoke. Levi is the precious son, she and her husband loves him so much. They both love Ava too their eldest child, but they are constantly worried about Levi. Ava was not like Levi she was strong and independent she believed that if the goddess allows her to meet her mate, she will meet him in due time and if not then she will find someone else and fall in love and ultimately marry them. But Levi, he is different he searched for his mate not in their pack but the nearby packs too. When he turned 18 and still could not find his mate, he was very heartbroken. He would barely eat or sleep gradually he came back to his normal self, but he would still get sad when he sees his friends and people around him are all finding their mates, but he is the only one who hasn't yet.  

A smile broke on his face knowing well that his dad would go all out again. Well, he does not like to trouble his parents, but he could not help it either, the need to be near his mate is too strong to hold it in. He removes his hand from around his mom and stands straight. Then turning on his heels and rushing towards the bathroom humming happy songs.

After getting dressed he came down to have breakfast. As he entered the kitchen, he saw his dad placing the dishes on the dining table. He skipped towards his dad and on his final step he jumped high and greeted his dad loudly "Gooooooood morning dad." 

"Good morning son. How was your sleep?" Aiden spoke energetically seeing his son back to being normal. 

"Very well, how did you sleep? Did mom kick you out of the bed again for snoring too loudly?" Levi giggled; he loved messing with his dad. Aiden messed Levi's hair "Boy don't make fun of me." Aiden pulled his son into a tight bear hug and Levi giggled more he loves his dad's bear hugs. 

They all sat together to eat. "We will be leaving in 2 days. So, make sure you have got everything you need for the travel and for the long stay in the capital. I'll be going with your dad for shopping to buy some necessities and gifts for them. If you want to tag along with us let us know." Mia said placing her spoon down after finishing the mix sauce pasta and cheese toast with Levi's favorite Cold coffee with extra cream, and chocolate truffle cake which was a must if you want to please Levi and see him gobble everything up. Some would be curious to know where all the food he eats go's, he is too thin to eat all the food he eats. 

"Mom, I'll let you know if I want anything, but I'll be going shopping with Kayle. I promised him already. Also, we will be meeting with Lilly today, she said that she wants us to meet her mate." Levi said after gulping down his cold coffee and greedily eyeing his favorite dessert of all times. That too made by his dad, his dad makes the world's best truffle cakes ever.

"Honey will you be alright?" Mia said while exchanging a look or worry with Aiden. 

"Yep, mom don't worry I'll be alright." He assured them and started eating his cake. Moaning in delight he praised his dad's cooking non-stop making Aiden puff up his chest with happiness. After finishing his share of food Levi got up and went to his room to get his stuffs and then he ran outside saying his byes to both of his parents.

Levi ran out the house to the next door and banged on the wooden door making a loud Noice. A slender figure emerged out of the door rubbing his eyes. "You came early than expected." the boy said. 

"Well duh...... we need to go shopping then meet Lilly, too much on our schedule lets go Kayle." Levi said pulling the boy outside the house. When he saw Kayle's dad coming, he greeted him and went towards the car parked in Kayle's parking. Kayle went towards the driver's seat and Levi to the passengers. 

"So.... are you ok?" asked Kayle. He knew how much Levi wants to meet his mate and after what happened yesterday, he was worried about him. Even though Levi is a cheerful person but still Kayle Knew he was also suffering a lot and would not show much to others. 

"Honestly speaking I feel down but I am happy she finally found her mate. I am sure I'll found mine too pretty soon and you will too." Levi smiled tilting his head forward and giving a bright toothy smile to Kayle. 

Kayle blushed seeing this sight. Kayle is also an omega, but Levi was gorgeous to even make omega's heartbeats go crazy. He looked away and cleared his throat. "Th.. that's good then. So what all things do you need for your trip. It would be your first trip to the capital right. there are tons of beautiful places there, I am kind of jealous that you get to go there." Kayle said looking forward and was pouting a little. Then suddenly his eyes lit up at some thought "Maybe you will find your mate there at the capital. Wow it would be so amazing right." Kayle said this time he faced Levi with a bright smile. 

Levi blushed at what his friend was saying he did think it could be a possibility, but he does not want to expect too much and then get disappointed. But the thought itself is not that bad. He wishes that he would find his mate and live happily ever after with him.

Kayle stops the car in front of the shopping district. They both get out of the car and then go on their shopping spree. When Levi walks in the district all the eyes are on him. He is that breath taking. He would even experience some people asking him out and asking him for his number or if he is dating someone currently. Levi has gotten used to it. It does not affect him; he just smiles and ignores them and walks forward just minding his own business. 

After buying all the necessary stuff for the trip both went to meet their friend who is just newly mated. They went to their favorite cafe. As they entered, they found Lilly and her mate was already there and also, they were all over each other. Levi felt emotional he did not want to show that to his face he bit hard on his bottom lip and then have a 100$ smile with a bright aura surrounding him. They all greeted each other and sat together. Lilly introduced her mate Jonathan Smith to her best friends. It was not like they needed to be introduced they all met yesterday when Lilly met her mate.  They were on a shopping trip which was postponed till today all because Lilly found her mate. Jonathan is an owner of a clothing store, which has caught many people's eyes recently, and they all wanted to check it out so decided to give a visit to the place. 

Kayle teased Lilly and she blushed, and Levi also joined in after a while. He would not let go of the opportunity of teasing his best friend just like that. And they chatted for a while, until it was already time for Jonathan to open his store. He kissed Lilly on the lips then on the forehead and winked the other 2 omegas his goodbye's and walked out the cafe. And the 3 omegas sat together 1 watching her mate go in disappointment, and the other 2 watched their friend in awe.
