2. Departure

Lilly told her friends everything after she left them yesterday at the shopping district and went with her mate. She even showed her mark to them. They chatted excitedly for a while. Lilly said she is going to move in with him and then they would decide on a date to get married. Lilly hates summer she always wished to be married in the middle of the winter or autumn season. So, both Levi and Kayle are sure they have to start preparing for a winter wedding. 

After eating their lunch and chatting about here and there, they left together Kayle dropped Lilly at her place and then drove towards their place. "I am glad she found a good, caring, kind and well handsome mate. She will be loved that I am sure about." Kayle spoke warmly. Levi nodded in agreement. 

Soon they were back to their house Kayle walked into Levi's place with his hands full with the shopping bag, not like Levi was walking empty handed his hands were also full of the bags. Kayle greeted Levi's parents who were sitting in the living room watching some tv show. Then they took straight beeline towards Levi's room. The bags were thrown on the wooden floor and they both slumped down on the bed and resealed an exhausted sigh.

"What do you think I should wear on the day i have to visit the palace. You know my brother-in-law is the beta, so he has his responsibilities to look after. And then the Previous King and Queens wedding anniversary is approaching so we will have to attend it too." a sign escaped Levi's lips as he thought how troublesome it would be to act properly and elegantly after all it would be a royal party. 

"hmmm...... you don't have to fret it. Whatever you wear will look good on you. You are a natural." Kayle winked and Levi rolled his eyes. He got up and sat with his legs crossed, elbows rested on his knees and chin rested on the back of his hands. He pouted "What if I meet my mate there. Then, should I not be prepared and dress accordingly." 

"If that is what's bothering you then how about we select a dress now. We can also video call Lilly to get her opinion. What do you say?" Kayle raised his brow and grinned when he saw Levi nod. Very few people know Kayle is a fashion deva. He loves dressing up or dressing other people up too. So on his family or friend's birthday or anniversary he would be the one selecting and choosing dresses for them, then dressing their hairs and finally makeup too. 

Kayle was too excited he got off the bed and jumped a little, Levi giggled seeing his friend so enthusiastic and then followed his lead and started choosing dresses for different occasions. They will be staying for a while there till his third nephew comes in this world.

Levi looks himself in the full-length mirror in his room. He dressed lighting as they will be traveling for a long time, he does not want to wear uncomfortable clothes. He wore a white oversized t-shirt with his favorite anime character on the small pocket on left side, with black joggers, and wearing his black sports shoes. He looked like a model out of a magazine. As it was summer, he slipped a black baseball cap on his head and wore a pair of sunglasses. To avoid being sunburn he put lots of sunscreen on his body. And after giving himself a final look in the mirror he nodded satisfactorily and skipped downstairs happily.

It was early in the morning, still dark. The sun has not risen yet. Aiden had told them that they would leave early and would arrive at Ava's place around dinner time. So, here they are all dressed and ready to go. Levi's friend decided to see him off. After some chit chatting and messing around, Mia called Him and said they are ready to leave.  

He hugged his friend's bye and waved at Jonathan who decided to tag along with his mate. He put his luggage in the backside of the car and then sat on the back seat. Aiden all this time waited patiently as he saw his son greet his friends and then he also waved at the children. Starting his car and drove off.

Mia sitting on the passenger seat frowned as she hates travelling but this time, she could not help it. Aiden held her hand and gave it a little squeeze giving her a warm smile and the journey continued. 

Mia did not speak much, and both her husband and son were singing loudly and playing laughing at stupid and silly things. She just wished the day to be over soon, and they reach to their destination soon.

Levi sitting on the back seat looked out the window as some song played at the background. He was very excited to visit a new place and how he just wanted to explore each and every place in the capital, and spoil rotten his two little chubby nephews. He grinned throughout the journey. They stopped to have breakfast and lunch at a restaurant and rested there for a while before continuing their journey again. 

At almost 7:30 they reached their destination, they reached the border of the capital. It was still an hour or two's worth distance away from their actual destination. As Blakes house was located at the center of the capital near the palace. It was easy that way for him, if any emergency arises he could soon act on it and reach the palace in less than 5 minutes.

Levi's jaw dopped seeing how beautiful the scenery was. The fields the buildings everything about the capital was mesmerizing. He could not hold back his grin. His eyes were shinning in the night light of the capital. He could not wait to explore this place already.
