7. Am I Forgiven?

Tears from Levi's eyes could not stop, he was exhausted. He could not even move his fingers at all. He was just lying in the same position for who knows for how long. Just looking out the window thinking about all the wrongs he has done to deserve this. His eyes are all puffy from all the crying. He just wished in his heart for his mate to come to him.

He also was thinking about what should he tell his friends if his mate never comes to him. He was even more hurt when he thought about their reaction. He was angry, sad and desperate for his mate.

It was already midnight he knew his mate would never come to him. As soon as this thought came to him more tears started to pour down his eyes. He sobbed in his blanket. When he heard something outside his window. With all his effort he looked up towards the window. He could only see a figure standing out the window and could not figure out who that person is. He was terrified and hopeful too at the same time. He tried to pull himself up from his bed with all his might.

When he stared intently the figure opened the window and just came inside the room. Levi could not believe his eyes. More tears started to pour down his eyes, as soon as he realized who the person is standing in front of him. He wanted to ask sooo much but at this moment he was frozen. He could not move and the only thing he wanted was to run into his mates arms.

Gio ran like a mad wolf to get to his mate.  Even though he knew it is not safe but he wanted his mate to know everything, after that it was up to his mate if he wants to be with him or not or if he wants to forgive him or not. He will bear anything thrown at him, but right now he wanted his mate in front of him.

When he safely without getting noticed got out the palace boundaries, he felt a little relaxed. He ran and ran until Blakes house is in his site. 'His mate..... his mate is there' Gio thought. He increased his speed until he was standing outside the house.

He stood there for a long time taking deep breaths and then he started climbing up to Levi's room. Which he knew since his mates cent is so strong and attractive, if he could he would be delighted to be surrounded in his mates pheromones.

Gio was outside his mates room. He knew the window must be open as Blake already told him so. Finally taking in a sharp intake of air to pump his blood,and then exhaling, he started to open the window with his shaky hands. When the window was open he saw a figure trying to sit up on the bed curled up and scared. The figure moved and then stood up from the bed. Gio too got inside the room and shut the window behind him.

He could not believe he is able to see his mate this soon. His mate who is shaking while tears strain his beautiful face. The room was too dark, no light was turned on inside the room. But he is a wolf and that too he is the king of the wolfs. Even in this darkness he could still see all of Levi, all of his mate.

Gio took a sharp intake of the air and then moved towards his mate. Levi tried to stand up on his feets he could not believe his eyes, the moon goddess listened to his prayers. He wanted to hug his mate and cling to him but before that he should do what needs to be done. For that he should be strong. Levi tried his best not to be weak in front of his mate.

When he saw Gio getting closer and closer to him he raised his hand stopping his alpha in his track. Gio did not said anything and patiently waited for his Levi to say whatever he wants to say, he was even ready if Levi decides to beat him or punish him in any other way or if...... Or if he wants to reject him in worst case scenario.

"Wh... Why did you come? No.... No that's not it. Why did you run away? Do you dislike me? Did I do something wrong? " Levi's voice broke the silence in the room. But suddenly the tension was build in the room which was thicker than usual. As he said his thoughts his voice was shaking and he still could not control his tears and sobs. He did try his best but he could not hold it in.
