Meryl and Toothless watched as the Vikings used catapults to break a hole into the side of the mountain, and a flaming ball of straw reveals thousands of dragons inside. Meryl shook her head in disappointment as Stoick charged in screaming loudly.
Meryl: ( Whispers, to Toothless: ) Ten fish says that almost half of the Vikings here will soil their undies when they see the Red Death.
Toothless Meryl a " Really now? " look. Dragons fly away in terror.
The Red Death then breaks out of the mountains, roaring furiously. Meryl quickly tried to break out of her chains, to try to save Toothless and herself. She then looked up and smiled widely as she saw Hiccup and the gang, on dragons flying into action to save everyone.
Hiccup: Ruff, Tuff, watch your back! Move, Fishlegs!
Tuffnut: LOOK AT US! WE'RE ON A DRAGON! WE'RE ON DRAGONS! ALL OF US!
Hiccup: ( to the group: ) Up, let's move it!
Meryl: ( is smiling while watching the riders in the sky ) Now that's, a true stubborn viking.
( With the Riders )
The Egg biter flew around the Red Death with the riders and the other dragons with a worried expression, but Hiccup gave him an assuring pet before he turned to the other riders, and held onto Meryl's human body.
Hiccup: Fishlegs, break it down!
Fishlegs: Okay! Heavily armored skull and tail made for bashing and crushing! Steer clear of both! Small eyes, large nostrils! Relies of hearing and smell!
Hiccup: Okay! Lout, Legs, hang in its blind spot! Make some noise, keep it confused! Ruff, Tuff, find out if it has a shot limit! Make it mad! Astrid, with Snotlout and Fishlegs.
Ruffnut: That's my specialty!
Tuffnut: ( to Ruffnut: ) Since when?! Everyone knows I'm more irritating! See?!
Tuffnut hangs upside down, making an annoying sound.
Hiccup: Just do what I told you! I'll be back as soon as I can!
Hiccup then turned the Egg biter around, and looked around to find where Meryl and Toothless were.
Toothless roared to gain their attention, and Meryl continued to try to break free from her chains as the ship was burning.
Meryl: ( yells: ) HICCUP! HELP!
Hiccup: There!
Hiccup then flew the Egg biter down to the burning ship.
Meryl: Hiccup, free Toothless and get out of here, it's not safe.
Hiccup: No, I am not leaving you. ( Tries to pull the chains off Toothless and Meryl ) Hold on, hold on.
The Egg biter whines in worry, Hiccup then had an idea and looked at the Egg biter.
Hiccup: Boy, bite the chains off her, come on.
Meryl: What- Oh. Yeah, come on, you can do it.
