My mom made my fav, she made me hot, chopped, tomatoes, mango's, yellow pepper, yellow tomatoes, onion's, with a little bit of kale, soaked in vegan's healthy oil, and green seasoning..yummm its the best. And I eat a protein bar with it, and some tea, and my vitamin's. I love my mom she's the best ever..
