Shiroi's Pov:
I cant wait to hang out with the girls OUTSIDE of school! Hopefully it'll be fun for Asuka and cheer up her mood.

*DING*

I grabbed my phone from my back and saw a text message from Ichika.

Ichika 🦣
Did Asuka agree to eat ramen with us?

Yes!!

Seems like she's slowly starting to like you? I mean she has to atleast not hate you now anymore!

Tanaka Shiroi
i really hope so 😭😭

I finished my way home after giving Asuka the address and the time of when we'll meet up and made my way into the kitchen to make myself some lunch.

I still had the events of what happened today in mind and how Asuka opened up to me about her feelings, it was devastating seeing her like this. I need to make sure she'll have a great time later.

--hours later--

Asuka's Pov:
"Hmm, where are they?" I asked myself, looking around the street, trying to spot one of the girls. They were nowhere to be seen yet we agreed to meet at 7pm.

"Sorry for being late! We had something to do first." I turned around and saw them running towards me in a hurry.
"Its fine, but you are a minute late, that's unacceptable."
"Wow, sarcasm is a really good look on you" Shiroi said and I looked at her proudly.

We started walking down the street to the ramen place and as we walked, I looked over at Ichika and suddenly I felt this strange feeling again. I thought I knew I had a crush on her, I mean she's the best! But the past week my feelings for her have changed a bit. It's not like it matters anyway since she doesn't like me back that way and it'll stay like that.

"You've been staring at Ichika quite a lot today Asuka..just take a picture, it'll last longer" Said Shiroi while Ichika was in the restroom.
"Haha, funny." I Said with a Dead serious face and she couldn't keep it together so she bursted out laughing.
"You're serious face scares me most of the time but right now, you look so CUTE!" Why does everyone keep calling me cute today?

"Ichika, help me, it's agonizing being with Tanaka." I cried for help as Ichika got back from the restroom. Shiroi just laughed and I kept giving her the dirty look.
"It can't be THAT bad." Ichika just chuckled and Shiroi started eating her ramen.

"Mhm~ this is gooood."
"How many times do I have to tell you this, don't talk with a full mouth!" Shiroi laughed at that and so did Ichika.
"Hey what did Chisaki-Chan want from you earlier? She just abducted you." Ichika asked and I was unsure how to answer.
"Not sure how to explain it but lets just say she only had me there so that she could tease me." Shiroi giggled. "Yup, sounds like her."

"The ramen was very good....very very good." I said after slurping the last bit of soup there was. It was AMAZING.
"Hah, I told you this place was the best!" Said Ichika proudly and Shiroi chuckled at that comment.
"We should walk outside a bit, the sunset is soon and I want to see it with you guys."
"Sounds like a good idea, let me pay." Ichika offered but Shiroi insisted that she would pay and the two of them wouldn't stop bickering until I told them that I had already paid.
"WHAT? When?"
"Just now, while you guys were bickering. I just went to the counter and paid for it, it's no big deal." They looked at me with shock on their face.
"Next time we'll pay..." Said Shiroi and Ichika laughed before nodding in agreement.

"Can you guys believe that Ms. Pabsicle gave us so much homework over the weekends? Like does she not know that students also have a life outside of school.." We walked as Shiroi let out her frustration about our teachers, especially Ms. Pabsicle.
It didn't take long until we realized that the sun was slowly going down and we sat down on a bench in the nearby park to enjoy this gorgeous view. It was fascinating, I just had to take a picture. I took out my phone and snapped a picture but Shiroi photobombed it and ruined it.
"You-!" I said before pulling myself together from slapping her, I still owe her one for skipping class with me and being there for me.

"Look! Theres a cute cat." We all immediately ran to the cat and Ichika started treating it like it was her own pet. It was adorable to see her melt from the cat's cuteness.
"You are abusing that cat Ichika!"
"No Im not!"
"Asuka agrees with me, right?" Shiroi took a moment to realize that she just called me by my first name and immediately apologized.
"Sorry, I meant Inada of course."
"Its fine, you can call me Asuka, we're friends now." Its official now, Im friends with the girl I hated a few weeks ago. I could tell Shiroi was very happy hearing me say those words but it wasn't a big deal, or was it?

Shiroi's Pov:
She just called me her friend! It finally happened and Ichika's plan hadn't even been used yet.
"What the heck happened between you guys on the rooftop to make you friends so quickly?" Ichika whispered as Asuka was distracted petting the cat.

"Wont tell you!" Ichika sighed in disappointness.
"It's getting really dark now, we should probably go now." We turned our heads to the direction of Asuka and I nodded.
"Well Shiroi and I have to go in this direction so I guess we'll see you next monday!"
"Ah okay, thanks again for inviting me, I had fun. See you guys." Asuka stood up and started walking home.
Finally Asuka and I are friends and she had fun today, mission complete. Great job Shiroi.

"Today was nice, we should do that again soon." I looked up to see the sky slowly changing into a darker color as I walked next to Ichika, she stayed silent the whole walk while I talked. She was probably just tired like I was, it was getting late and our houses were pretty far away from the park we left at.

"See you next week, good night." I brought Ichika home safely and started making my way to my own home. My parents told me to be home at 9pm, its currently 8:55pm....I should run.

Asuka's Pov:
I arrived home shortly after saying goodbye to my friends and as I entered my house, I saw my parents eating at the dining table. Mother cooked my favorite dish .... the night I don't eat dinner at home.

"You're home! Look, I made your favorite dish are you still hungry, dear?" Mother spotted me and I quickly ran over to the table. I took a bite of the tofu inside the Udon noodles and my parents laughed.
"I can make you some as well, if you want." Offered Mother but I wasn't exactly hungry anymore so I excused myself and went upstairs into my bedroom.

After brushing my teeth and changing my clothes, I hopped on my beanbag and grabbed the book I was currently reading. I turned on my table lamp and felt myself dive into the book's plot even more as I got more comfortable in the bean bag. This was perfect and so cozy.

Time passed and I checked the time, 10pm!! I got out of the comforting bag and jumped on my bed after turning off the light. It was time to sleep.

Lol 'Ms. Pabsicle' is actually inspired from my real life physics teacher 'Frau Pabst' but I always call her Pabsicle (behind her back ofc) and although all my classmates hate her, I actually like her a lot...but I still make her look bad here MY BAD
