unfamiliar feelings ~ Asuka x Shiroi (oc's)

Asuka's Pov:
So I guess I'll get a new haircut today? All my life I only had long hair with bangs, occasionally I had shorter hair though but my hair grows fast. People often think my hair is dyed because of the random brown color in my hair but its 100% natural.

I realized I had been sitting infront of the TV doing absolutely nothing the past hour and just scrolling on my phone so I got up and walked into the kitchen. I cleaned my dishes and went up the stairs into my room. I had to get ready in 20 minutes if I wanted to arrive on time. Today's weather will be nice and warm, I think it's safe to wear a skirt.

After picking out my outfit, I quickly brushed my hair again before packing my handbag. As I ran down the stairs I realized I still had 15 minutes left and slowed down, no need for all of this hurrying.

"Asuka-Chan! Wow, you look really nice today." Shiroi approached me and complimented my outfit with a big grin on her face, I couldn't help but smile back.
"Thanks, yours isnt bad either."
"Lets walk to the mall now, shall we?" She asked, slightly tilting her head and I nodded.

We walked for 5 minutes until we reached the entrance of the huge shopping mall. It was quite full since it's the weekends but I didn't feel as anxious as I usually do.

"Gosh, this place is crowded! Let's go this way, its faster to the hair salon anyway." Shiroi took my arm and dragged me to the hair salon. It was a very fancy one, one I could never visit.

"Do you always go to this hair salon? I heard it's really expensive here but that they're very very good." I asked and she nodded.
"Yup! That's why I trust that they'll do a good job with your hair." We walked inside and the employees greeted us before taking us to a chair.
"I already booked us an appointment." That explains why we didn't we have to wait.

"Nice to see you again Tanaka-San, and whats your name?" The nice woman asked me as I sat on my chair and I briefly introduced myself.
"That's a beautiful name, Im Akane Aoi. So what haircut do you want to have?" Shiroi showed her a picture of the hairstyle I wanted and she immediately understood what to do.

--an hour later--

"And all done!" I looked at myself in the mirror and was fascinated by my own hair, it never looked this cool before and it was even better than how I had imagined it.
"Wow, it suits you so well!" Shiroi was right, Im glad she came up with this idea.
"Yeah, I really really like it. Thank you" Aoi looked pleased with the end results and so did I.

Shiroi paid at the counter before we left the salon and started walking to a nearby shop.

"Thanks again for paying, I didn't actually think you'd do it." I said.
"I keep my promises. Now let's find you some clothes!" I forgot about that.

We entered the shop and I immediately fell in love with all of the clothes they sold, it was a dream come true. Shiroi saw the sparkle in my eyes and laughed while I was mesmerized.
"Okay I get to choose your outfit though since I pay." I nodded rapidly and she giggled.

"Hmmm." I followed her as she looked at each piece of clothing concentrated. She's good at this. One thing, I guess, I admire about her is her fashion sense, even in Junior High I couldn't help but be amazed at her clothes outside of school or even in school, the accessoires were very cute.

"Okay here, try this on." She handed me the outfit she picked out and I went to the changing room with them. A few minutes later and I came out while still fixing some minor issues with the clothes. I checked Shiroi's expression and I couldn't tell what she was thinking.
"Hmm...you look...great! I did a great job once again!" I was surprised by the sudden change of tone in her voice, she seemed unsure at first but it turned into a genuine positive expression.

"I do like it. I think I need a bigger size though, the skirt is a bit too tight." She jumped up and ran to get a bigger size right away. It felt like seconds before she stood infront of me again with a bigger skirt.

"This is much better. Are you sure you want to pay for this? It's really expensive.." I know I told her that she'd have to pay if she wanted to give me a 'makeover' but the prizes were insane for my standards.
"Its no big deal, trust me, I owe you all of this." I guess she did, point goes to her.

I changed into my normal clothes again as Shiroi took the clothes and went to pay for it.
"Where do you want to go now?" I asked the moment she finished paying for the clothes and she seemed a bit unsure for a few seconds before answering.
"Im kinda hungry, wanna eat something?"
"Me too, where do you want to eat?" I asked before insisting that I'd pay for the food.
"Okay fine, let's eat in this Korean bbq place, they literally have the BEST Korean food." She started leading the way and I followed her. On our way we saw some familiar faces.

"Is that Shiroi and her ugly girlfriend?" Nori said with a sassy tone and her minions laughed, really odd for her to say that I'm ugly when she was the one calling me cute yesterday.

We knew that if we just ignored them, they'd get pissed but still would leave us alone so that's what we did. We walked passed them, completely ignoring them and acting like they didn't exist. Nori had a pissed and offended look on her face but we didn't care and simply walked to our destination.

"Oh man, that was delicous, Im so full now." Shiroi said putting her bowl down before taking a sip of her glass of water. She looked exhausted from eating all that food, reasonably so. I giggled at her almost falling asleep, and she gave me this warm grin again. I gotta admit, it's a LITTLE bit cute.
