I am sunshine
And just like sunshine, I glow
I bring happiness and light into the world around me
I am sunshine
And just like sunshine, I'm in charge of lifting people's spirits
I hold the key to their good mood
I am sunshine
And just like sunshine, my absence brings appreciation
I am sunshine
but what others don't know, or chose to ignore
is that darkness had to be absorbed by something,
or rather someone
I am sunshine
And that someone was me
So I don't truly project light,
I just suck in all the darkness
Which makes me, the sunshine
The darkest of them all
