I'm tired
Just tired
Tired of breaking alone while hiding behind a smile
Tired of being the kid that has it all figured out
Tired of putting on a façade,
While behind closed doors
I'm breaking
I'm gasping for air
I'm praying for help
Praying for a little less pain
For a little less drama
For just a little simplicity and carelessness
I wish that day comes when the sun shines a little brighter and is here to stay
The day when I can just breathe
Without gasps
Without pain
For once feeling full by something else other than just pain
