Cha & Proud Ch-11

Proud has been staying at his parent's house for the past 3 days. Tomorrow he has an appointment with Fang. He would go with his friend to collect the money and would invite him to pack things up at his condo. Because Proud has already decided that he will move to another province with Fang as well. He had already discussed this matter with his mother. He told her that he wanted to find something new to do somewhere else. His mother was not offended. Proud never returned to his condo since that day because he was afraid that he would meet Cha. But then he also secretly thought that Cha probably didn't care much about him. Proud returned to retrieve the car that was left parked at the pub and brought it to his parent's house. He also sent the resignation letter to his office. In fact, he had to clear more work. But Proud decided not to go. During the time that he stayed at his parents' house, his father didn't ask him anything either.

As for Cha, after he returned from meeting Maymon and did not find Proud at his condo, he was so upset that he went out to find him at his condo, but he couldn't find him, so he stayed in Proud's apartment and waited for two days but Proud never returned. He called but nobody answered. He went to Proud's workplace to trap him but found out that Proud has resigned. The repeating failure at finding Proud made Cha almost lose his mind. He was not able to concentrate at his office either. But it's good that he had a well-trained manager to take care of the business instead of him.

📳 Tring... Tring... Tring

Cha's cell phone rang as he lay on the couch in Proud's condo. He was waiting for Proud to return to his room. When he picked it up to look, he saw that it was his sister's number.

📞 "What's up, Cheese?" Cha answered the call lazily.

📞("Where are you Brother Cha? ") Cheese asked.

📞"Condo," Cha replied shortly.

📞("Which condo is this? Cheese is calling you while standing in front of the room. But No one came to open the door for me," ) The girl replied. Cha sighed lightly.

📞"I'm at my friend's condo. But what is it?" Cha asked back.

📞("Mother asked me to come and see you. She heard the store manager say Phi Cha didn't go to see the shop account at all. Mom was afraid that you would be sick. So she let the cheese come and take a look," ) The girl said back in a serious tone.

📞"It is nothing. Just have a few errands to take care of. So I'm busy and not able to go to the store," Cha replied to prevent her sister from worrying too much.

📞("Did you quarrel with Phi Proud?") The girl continued because of the intuition she had looking at her elder brother's attitude. Cha was a little silent.

📞"Nothing. During this time, if the Cheese is free, Let's go and see the shop for me. That's all for now. I have some business to do," Cha stops the topic shortly before hanging up the call with a heavy sigh.

"Dammit, where are you Proud?" Cha complained to himself. Previously, he thought that Proud would be with Fang. But Fang was with Ken thus making him desperate to find Proud. Because Proud had resigned from work as well. That made Cha feel a strange uneasiness in his chest knowing that Proud even quit his job cause it made him feel like Proud has cut all the way for Cha to find him cutting him off completely.

The next day...

Today, Prow went to pick up Fang at his condo to bring him to meet with Niti to sell the condo. Proud also had to go and fetch his belongings from his room. He and Fang talked about going to Pai together. Fang had asked Proud why he wanted to go with him. Proud only replied that he was tired of the same environment so he only wanted to go and try a new life in another province. Proud knew that Fang could see that it was not the case of just being bored with the environment. But Fang didn't pressurize him and decided to wait for Prow to tell him more whenever he was ready.
