Wad glanced at his watch. It was time.

"Okay, gather everything," he instructed, closing his laptop. His assistant took the file from the table and placed it on the wall. Wad checked his wristwatch again.

"Alright, Lisa, I’m heading out," he said, folding his coat and grabbing his keys.

Wad drove quickly to the airport, eager to meet his best friend who was arriving from France. He kept glancing at the time.

"Just in time," he muttered as he parked and rushed inside to greet his friend.

Wad stood among the crowd of people waiting for arrivals. Suddenly, a hand clapped him on the shoulder. It was Henry.

"What are you doing here?" Wad asked, though he wasn’t really surprised.

"I'm here to pick him up too," Henry replied.

"Well, I'm here now. You can go," Wad offered.

"No way. I’m here to welcome my brother," Henry insisted.

Both of them waited for there. Henry was younger than Wad. While Wad was impatiently waiting, Henry busied himself by waving at all the girls passing by.

"Henry, focus on one girl at a time," Wad advised. But Henry, born into wealth, was undeterred.

"Don’t worry, Wad. I know how to handle them," he replied confidently.

"You know?" Wad laughed.

"Watch me, Wad," Henry said, trailing after a red-haired girl.

Finally, the man they were waiting for appeared. Wad called out to him.

"Dominic!"

Dominic spotted Wad and hurried over. They hugged.

"How was the flight?" Wad asked.

"Boring," Dominic replied.

They loaded his bags into the car and shut the door. Both men got inside.

"Let’s go," Wad said.

"Yeah," a voice piped up from the backseat. Dominic and Wad turned to see Henry.

"Why did you bring him?" Dominic asked.

"I didn’t," Wad said, shaking his head.

"I’m here to fulfill my brotherly duty. Mom told me to keep an eye on him and learn from him," Henry explained.

"Is that why you were chasing after that redhead?" Wad teased.

Dominic, knowing his brother well, chuckled.

Wad started the engine. Henry was busy on his phone, while Dominic gazed out the window, his mind clearly searching for someone.

Dominic was the most eligible bachelor around. His life was filled with success, and he was determined to win at everything. Women threw themselves at him, but he never reciprocated their interest. He had no tolerance for shallow tricks.

"You mentioned a surprise. What is it?" Dominic asked.

"Well, I ran into one of our old classmates," Wad said, trying to hide his smile.

"Oh?" Dominic didn’t press for more information. He was never one for socializing. Wad was his only close friend.

"Aren’t you curious who it is?" Wad asked.

Dominic remained silent, still staring out the window. Many people had come to Dominic over the years, claiming to be friends, looking for jobs or money, or hoping for fame.
