"You know, I just got back from the dentist and apparently, all 10 of them now recommend putting me in your mouth." I scrunched my nose up slightly, recognizing his voice instantly from our little morning chat 3 days ago. I didn't think I'd see this guy again and it was a huge surprise for him to come over whilst I was getting Mark and I coffee before I dropped into the office just down the road. He wasn't expecting me today in all honesty, but I took a report home with me last week when I was in and I know he could do with looking over it before I was next in on Thursday.

I wasn't going to show this guy I had any recollection of who he was. He'd come over with such a bizarre introduction I think it's funny to see him think he's got the wrong person. It was kind of a sexually charged chat up line that only made sense because of our past conversation. If it was anyone else I'm sure he'd be getting carted away in handcuffs. Funny as that would be, I might just let him suffer a little. If I'm lucky, I could be the one ending up in handcuffs.

"I'm sorry?" I furrowed my brow, turning my head back to him. "Do I know you?" He turned white, eyes darting all over my face. That's right, don't think you had such an impact on me Mr. You're just some guy I spoke to for 15 minutes.

"It's um- Asher. From the tube on Monday? You seriously don't remember?" I tilted my head, squinting a little. "I asked for your number."

"A hell of a lot of guys asker for my number Ace. You being one of them doesn't make you stand out."

"I pulled you onto the train at Kings Cross. You got off at Cannon Street. We were talking about you giving me your number and then I told you you can call me whenever. You said it was the cheesiest pick-up line you've ever heard. Come on Willow. I know it was only 15 minutes but you can't have forgotten me completely." I smiled, turning back around and gently pushing the plastic lids onto the cups as they were put on the side. Me, Mark, Stacey and Margot. Always good to keep the receptionists on side. You never know when you'll forget your key card or need to print something when your printer is broken or in use. "You little brat. You were having me on."

"You should have seen your face. Imagine if you just walked up to a total stranger and said that." He grumbled, making me chuckle quietly. "How you doing Ace?"

"It's Asher."

"I know." I shrugged. "Doesn't mean I'm using it. How's your week going?" He leaned against the cabinet beside me.

"Better now I've bumped into you again. I thought you worked up by Cannon Street?"

"I do."

"Then why are you down here? You said the other office was up there so King's Cross?"

"Ooo. You tried to stalk me."

"Unsuccessfully." He nodded. "So why are you down here?"

"Dropping into my other job."

"Who are you Willow? Dads got 2 offices in the financial areas of London so he's obviously rolling in it but you're working for him and someone else?"

"I have 4 jobs."

"4? Why?!" He stood up and I chuckled.

"Did you know, the easiest way to become a millionaire is to have 4 different ways of making money. The wider of an area they all touch the better." His eyes narrowed.

"So, you're trying to get rich?"

"I am rich, I want to be richer." He laughed again. "Now if you'll excuse me, I've got a CEO who will be about to hit their 3pm energy dip and I'd love to beat it when I give them a report they're going to hate."

"Not even going to give me a gender of who you're working for?"

"Nope."

"Because there's not many women CEO's and it would narrow it down? Got it." I slid the last cup into the holder, turning to him slowly. "I'd say let me buy you a drink but you beat me too it. I'll just have to buy you're next one. What time do you finish?"

"Whenever I want."

"I have a meeting until 5 over the road. Meet me back here?" I shrugged and he groaned. "Please? You didn't let me get your number and I have a feeling you're not going to give me it now."

"Not a chance."

"Then let me buy you a drink so I can convince you." I pulled the drinks into me, tugging my bag up onto my shoulder a bit tighter.

"I'll think about it."

"I need a yes or no." I shrugged, turning and walking towards the exit. "Come on Willow. One drink."

"I've got somewhere to be and you've got a meeting." I stood on the street, not wanting to show him which way I was going. "Off you go."

"If I wait here will you show up?"

"Depends if something comes up or not." He groaned, pushing his hands into his hoodie. "Now go on, before you lose your job over some girl you met on a train that isn't giving you the time of day."

"I'm going to get your number."

"Very confident for a man wearing the same outfit he was 3 days ago." He smirked. Oh no. Probably shouldn't have told him I remember what he was wearing on Monday.

"I knew you remembered me."

"Bye Ace."

"Use my name and I'll go."

"Not happening."

"Why not?"

"Because it's not 10 past 3 and if you have a meeting that started at 3, you're late. I'd sack you. Can't buy me a drink if you don't have any money can you?" He rolled his eyes. "Bye Ace." Begrudgingly, he turned around.

"5 o'clock Willow. Right here I'll wait an hour." I didn't respond, just waited until he was out of sight to start walking towards the office. I wasn't going. I'd be taking the longer way down to the tube station and now I knew he'd be here between 5 and 6, I had no problem jumping on the tube at Blackfriars to get home. He wouldn't be there. I'd have to be more careful around here now though.
