Chapter 34

The crowd cheers in excitement as the twins Dante and Dominic walk out onto the arena with their friends, and surprisingly their fans, cheer them on. Their fans held up signs consisting of phrases like "I'm Motivated!" and "Jackpot!". Some of them are even asking Dante to "bring back the abs" which makes him laugh once he sees them.

Their opponents, brothers Brann and Zure Lazuli, walk out onto the arena with Zure waving at the crowd with a wide smile on his face while Brann stood there with a stoic expression on his face.

Prof. Port: Ladies and gentlemen! Our final doubles match! We have today two teams of brothers who will duke it out to see which family is superior to the other! Will it be Beacons very own twin devastating duo, Dante and Dominic Sparda? Or, will Brann and Zure Lazuli of Shade Academy take the victory over them?

As the four randomized biomes were being chosen, the four boys get to some pre-match banter.

Zure: Hey~!! You two are those guys who toppled that tower a few weeks back!

Dante: People know about that?

Dominic: Well seeing as that incident made news, it'd be logical that our hand in stopping the dastardly plot of the one who raised that tower would be told too.

Zure: Hey! Can I get your autographs? After the match obviously.

Dante: Sure kid! Hope it'll make up for you two losing.

Brann:*to Dominic* He's a confident one, isn't he?

Dominic: It's not without merit. We are the best of the best when it comes to duo performances.

Zure: So are we! We're brothers too!

Zure laughs and wraps an arm around his brother as the four biomes were chosen and begin to rise up from beneath the arena. A waterfall biome pops out first with a ruined gothic city coming up next to it.

Dante: Hey! Home field advantage!

Zure: Whoa~ Creepy~

Next popped up a nice little plains area with a few trees littering the biome along with a icy mountain biome coming up after.

Dominic: Let's make this quick.

Brann: Just because you and your team are famous, doesn't mean that you shouldn't take us seriously.

Prof. Port: Three, two, one, begin!

Dante and Dominic stood together side by side with their swords drawn out while Brann and Zure drew their guns and aimed them at the twins. The four warriors circled around each other with death stares on their faces before Zure makes the first move and fires off two shots that the twins deflect with their swords.

Brann narrows his eyes and breaks away from Zure to circle around the twins while shooting at them with both Dust and rubber bullets.

The twins looked at each other and nodded before splitting up to take on their opponents one on one. Dante and Brann exchanged gunfire with each other while Brann backed up towards the rocky waterfall biome where he begins to jump up towards higher ground to where Dante tries to stop him by throwing the Rebellion in his path where it imbeds itself into the side of the mountain which causes Brann to run into it. Brann holds onto it for dear life while Dante runs up the side of the cliff.

Brann: Rrh!

Brann holds onto the sword with one arm while he shoots at Dante who was closing in on him. Dante jumps off the cliff side and spins in the air while shooting at Brann who let's go of the Rebellion and falls with Dante towards the water below where upon landing, they point their guns at each other.
