A few days later, Hannah and her friends were in the cafeteria having lunch; however, the silence was very awkward as they all were worried about when Daniel would finally say something to his parents.

"Okay this silence is killing me so I'm going to say something right now! Hannah has your brother cracked yet?" Josh asked not to be able to stand the silence any longer.

Hannah, initially taken aback by the sudden question, didn't mind answering as the silence was eating away at her like a colony of red ants.

"Well he hasn't said anything yet, but he did try this morning but it was like his words got mixed up and he said something about school today instead," Hannah explained.

"Oh right... I forgot to tell you all about that," Iris said.

"Forgot to tell us what Iris?" Jane asked.

"Well there's a spell that the amulets cast whenever someone outside of the Rainbow Squads finds out about who they are. It's a safety precaution that's put in whenever the identities of the Rainbow Squads have to be kept a secret," Iris explained.

"Wait so Daniel is now incapable of telling anyone?" Erick asked.

"Unless he has permission from everyone, yes he can't say a word," Iris explained.

"... I feel like we should tell him that," Jake said.

"Yeah we should or else he might end up embarrassing himself," Hannah said concerned for her brother.

"We should and um... we might need to stay here a little after school. Apollo wanted me to get him something from the library here," Iris explained.

"Um, what does he need from the library because I can help?" Ed asked.

"Well I'll explain later when we're somewhere more private," Iris stated as she felt like they were talking too much about magic in the large crowd of the other students in school. The other squads all looked at each other before looking back to Iris and nodding their heads in agreement.

Later after school, the Squads were at the lockers, with Josh groaning out of frustration. "UGGGGHH! I swear science gets harder and harder by the day! UGHTHPFHE! I really hate physics," Josh cried out as his brain collapsed in on itself.

"Hehe we'll be grateful we have Ed to help us out when we get stuck," Lila remarked.

"Yeah, he's also a great friend to hang out with," Josh said, both agreeing with his sister and reminding her that they also like to hang out with Ed for fun.

"Hey Josh, how'd you do on the physics test?" the two heard Jake ask.

"Ugh! I got a 63 on it! I swear I hate it so much! I can't understand crap!" Josh exclaimed, frustrated with the subject.

"Well it's better than what you got last year and you don't need to retake it so it's better then nothing," Jake said, trying to help Josh feel better.

"Thanks but still I wish it was easier to understand and wasn't so hard!" Josh explained.

"Hey guys whats up?" Erick asked.

"Josh is complaining about the physics test we took," Jake explained.

"Ah I understand how you feel Josh. I hate that subject too," Erick said.

"Good to know, thanks man," Josh said while leaning his head on his locker and holding his fist out.

Erick smiled before fist bumping Josh, who smiled at that feeling a lot better now.

"Hey everyone!" the four heard Iris exclaim happily. They looked over to their right and saw Iris with the rest of their team and Daniel. They looked at Daniel and saw he had a disappointed look on his face, which made them believe that he was told about the spell.
