Two months later, two weeks before summer ended, Josh and Lila were sitting at the table with their parents having breakfast. However Josh was just picking at his food not feeling very hungry that day. Jason took notice of this and decided to ask his stepson if everything was alright.

"Hey Josh are you alright? You haven't touched your food and that's rare for you," Jason explained, worried.

"Yeah Dad I'm fine, just a little down, my mind just went to Katelyn that's all," Josh explained sadly.

"Oh her... I'm sorry she turned you down, but hey you'll find someone else," Abmel said, trying to reassure her son.

"I know Mom, but it's just so hard to accept. After all, I really liked her but when she told me she had a boyfriend it was just crushing," Josh explained as his eyes began to water a little.

Lila looked at her brother with worry and thought about how she could try to cheer him up. She then remembered that everyone in the team had no plans for today so she decided to have them all organize a day out together. So after they were done with breakfast Lila ran up to her and Josh's room and got on her laptop to video call the others.

"Hey Sis, what are you doing?" Josh asked as he entered the room with Lila.

"Oh just calling up the others! Since no one has any plans today I thought we could all hang out together!" Lila explained happily.

"Really? How come Sis? I'm not against it, I'm just curious to know," Josh asked.

"Well because you're feeling a bit blue today, so I decided that to help you feel better we're going out for friend bonding time! You always feel so much better when we all hang out together. So I thought if we all spent some time with each other we could just have some fun! Summer is almost over and things can get crazy for our families on the weekends during the school year so better not waste it!" Lila exclaimed as she went back to calling the rest of The Squads.

"Hehe thanks Sis, you always know how to help me feel better," Josh said as he climbed up on his sister's bed.

"Hey, why don't we also bring our animal guides along with us! I could bring Umang to the park. I'm sure he'll love to meet the other dogs there," Josh explained.

"Hehe sure I'm sure that they would love that," Lila said.

Meanwhile with Iris, she was practicing her magic in her garden when she heard someone coming up to her. She opened her eyes and saw Apollo walking up to her with a serious look on his face.

"Oh hey Apollo what's up?" Iris asked, wondering why he looked so stern.

"Iris, someone anonymous had just informed me that Adrienne is planning on stealing magical artifacts and invading the kingdoms they reside in. So I need you to take the Rainbow Squads to those kingdoms to alert the citizens and rulers of the invasion so they'll be more prepared for what is to come," Apollo explained.

"Really? Are you sure? A trip like that will take two weeks and that's how long summer will last," Iris explained.

"Yes I am sure, we can't allow those kingdoms to end up just like our own kingdom. Besides, consider this as a learning experience for the Squads as they will need to take on different forms if they want to master each world where the kingdoms reside," Apollo explained.

Iris nodded and got up to inform her friends about the news. However she wondered who had given Apollo the information about the invasions that were planned for those other kingdoms. Iris got on the laptop Jake bought for her as a gift and something that would allow her to play games with the group when they had game night. She turned it on and went on video chat and saw the whole squad in the chat room.
