Chapter 22: If you want, I can give it

"4 months" Lisa said in a final tone and gave a pointed look at Jungkook who was sitting across the table "This is my final decision and I will not hear any excuse after this"

Jungkook who was listening to her for the past 5 minutes, sneered and snapped annoyed "4 months? How are we supposed to make everyone believe that we are deeply in love in those 4 months?"

"We can!" Lisa argued "We are just pretending that we are dating so even 2 minutes is enough for me!"

"It's not about you, It's about people" Jungkook snapped again "We are not making YOU believe that we are dating but we are making PEOPLE believe that we are dating! Know the difference, Miss manoban!"

"But I can't! 9 months is too much!"

"It is not!"

"It is!"

"It is not!" And their as usual bickering continued, almost disturbing all of the customers beside them in the cafe.

After a long heated argument between them, They finally got exhausted and stopped to catch a breath. However their glares lingered at each other.

Originally they were supposed to 'Calmly' discuss about their fake relationship and come to a conclusion about do's and don'ts so they can co-operate together but as expected, It did not go as planned.

Their supposedly 'A peaceful meeting' once again turned into a battle field.

Turning away his glare from Lisa, Jungkook scoffed "I don't know if you're being confused or just dumb but no one will believe that we dated because we loved each other if it ended within 4 months" He said, trying his best not to mock her "Everyone will just think that it was a fling and both of our reputation will be torn off after we broke up"

When he saw Lisa did not say anything and also looked away from him, He continued "As much as you don't want to associate with me, believe me! I also don't want to do anything with you" He said, This time in a serious tone "But I want to erase nara's matter from my life forever so I suggest you to fake date me for at least 7 months if not 9 months. We can say that we fell out of love easily in that point"

Jungkook was waiting for her to say no once again and kind of ready to jump into an another battle field but surprisingly, Lisa sighed and pursed her lips.

"Okay! Fine!" However her tone was unwilling, She nodded "then 7 months it is. I'm tired of arguing with you so let's do this!"

Hearing her unexpected answer, Jungkook gazed at her in shock and blinked.

"Really? You are not going to argue anymore?" He asked and Lisa scoffed, rolling her eyes.

"What's the use of that?" She said "It will just waste my time and it will be never ending as always"

Not wanting her to step back from her words, Jungkook nodded quickly this time "Okay then! It is final! I'll make an official contract today and give you by tomorrow on papers" He said and earned a nod from Lisa.

Next morning was the beginning of their fake relationship so Lisa got ready quickly and prepare herself for the long day with none other than her enemy.

Surprisingly, She met Jungkook right at the front gate of the school. He was seemingly waiting for her and seeing that, Lisa could not help but to feel cringe for some reason.

"Good morning, love" He greeted her, His voice aloud than usual inorder to get people's attention around them.

If it was the normal day in her life, Lisa would have already kicked his ass and left him but since she has already agreed to him to play along in this stupid plan, She faked a tight smile and greeted back in a stiff tone.

"Good morning you too, love" She said and almost gagged to her own voice. However at the other side, Jungkook was happy to see her co-operating with him so he did not even notice her stiff body.

He chuckled and pat her head with a smile, now gaining everyone's attention around them.

"Did you have your breakfast?" He asked, finally walking alongside Lisa and she nodded unwillingly.

"Yes, I did" She replied but when she saw his pointed look, She cursed under her breath and asked back "And what about you?"

Smiling, He wrapped his arms around her shoulder and nodded "Yes, I'm done with my breakfast" He said.

People around them were going crazy after seeing them so close to each other. Some watch them with envy while some people were shipping them. The attention they were getting was exactly how Jungkook has expected.

However, Same cannot be said for Lisa. She felt like she was suffocating in his arms. She tried to shrug off his hands from her shoulder but he did not budge.

After walking into the corridor, When she saw the crowd has lessen a bit, She tilted her head and whisper yelled to Jungkook.

"Where is the paper?" She asked and Jungkook glanced at her, confused.

"What paper?"

Lisa could not help but to roll her eyes "Contract papers, idiot" She almost smack his head.

Finally understanding what she was talking about, He nodded and whispered back.

"Let's meet at the rooftop in the recess period" With that, He did not even wait for her to reply and hurried away with a smirk.

Lisa could not even yell at her because for people around her, They were a lovely dovey couple and they should not be arguing in their first day of relationship thus Lisa found herself cursing under her breath and walking stiffly at her classroom.

And as soon she stepped inside, She met Arin.

Since she already knew about the whole fake dating thing, She did not trouble her much and just told her to be careful of unwanted gossips that was spreading in the school.

"Don't worry, I ain't taking those words to my heart" She replied to arin and Arin pat her shoulder.

"I know you can handle it but if you need my help, Just tell me" She offered like a true friend "I know how to shut those mouths very well"

Smiling, Lisa nodded and thanked her.

"Thanks" She said and received a smile from Arin.

"That's what friends are for"

Honestly, Lisa was not worried about the gossips around her saying that she seduced Jungkook from nara and blah blah...But she was worried that they will try to disturb her peaceful life with their silly pranks.

She did not want to face them as she thinks that it was just a waste of time. I mean why would she fight over Jungkook, right?

She just wanted to complete this all fake dating thing as soon possible and never associate with Jungkook in her entire life. That would be the biggest 'relief' of her life.

However, as if the whole universe was pulling a hard prank on her, The second she was about to complete her some half-written assignment, A familiar figure stepped inside her classroom.

Lisa could not help but sigh to herself after meeting nara's gaze. She knew that after dating Jungkook, She HAS to face with nara but she did not think that it will this soon.

"I believe we need to talk" Nara's voice echoed in the now silent classroom while the other students held their breath and waited for a drama to begin.

Well, If they are really expecting a drama from Lisa and if nara was really expecting a lesson from her then why should she step back?

Lisa smirked and nodded to nara "Sure. I also believe that we really do have things to talk about" She said.

It was going to be long day.
