Chapter 26: Complicated

"Boyfriend?" Euntae stood there, utterly suprised by such an unexpected position of the guy who he thought was nobody else.

The guy infront of him looked confident yet at the same time very much cocky. But euntae cannot ignore the fact that the opponent infront of him WAS indeed good-looking and by the attitude and the Rolex watch on his wrist, He was obviously rich too.

But...Euntae thought he and Lisa has something-

"What are you talking about?" A surprise voice interrupted his thoughts and when his gaze landed on lisa, He found her baffled look.

She seemed flustered and blush appeared all over her small face . However to his relief, She shook her head.

"We are just friends" She confirmed but when euntae began to take a sigh of relief, Once again the guy's next words poured a bucket of cold water on his head.

"For now. But I'm sure we will date soon" Jungkook smirked and put a hand over Lisa's shoulder. And to his suprise, She did not pushed him away.

"So, They are really more than friends"

The sad thought crossed euntae's mind and his heart tightened.

He knew better than anyone else about lisa. Things she likes to her dislikes, Her habits to her fear. And upon watching her not minding the guy's hands around her shoulder clearly shows that she really does have some feelings for the guy beside her.

Is he too late?

"Euntae, Let's go to the cafe, Shall we?" Lisa's voice pulled him back to his sense and he nodded his head, a little lost.

And to his disappointment, The other guy also followed them.

But how could he shoed him away when Lisa was comfortable enough to invite the guy?

Sighing, He did not say anything and just followed Lisa to the cafe quietly.

But the funny thing was- All of the things that euntae had guessed was painfully wrong.

First of all, When Jungkook introduced himself as her boyfriend, The supposedly blush that has appeared on her face was not actually blush but embarrassment plus anger that had rushed through her whole body, including her face.

The supposedly her being flustered was due to anger not shyness.

She was infact dying to grab Jungkook's neck and break it with a snap if she could. She was really baffled and shocked by the audacity Jungkook had while introducing himself as her boyfriend with such a confidence and straight face.

And secondly, When Jungkook put his arms around her, euntae failed to notice the killing intent in Lisa's eyes. She was really about to smack his ass.

But why did she not clarify the truth to euntae?

First of all, She did not owe anything to euntae and nor she thought that it was necessary to clarify about her personal life to him.

And not wanting to create a scene or giving a chance to Jungkook for the continuation of his ridiculous audacity, She decided to drop the topic, talk to euntae and finished the day as soon as possible.

She really doesn't want to be a murderer by the end of the day.

She was not even surprised when Jungkook followed when she and euntae stepped inside the cafe.

Jungkook was really asking for more than just some beating.

They finally grabbed a table and take their seat. Lisa sat across euntae while of course, Jungkook forced himself beside Lisa and sat with a proud look on his face.
