Case: the medicine warehouse

Three days ago we discovered that someone stole a great amount of medicine from our deposit the kind is the one listed below:

Psychiatric drugs

Tranquilizers

Painkillers

Eye drops

Antiinflammatories

Anticoagulants

Contraceptives

Evidence shows that the culprit is only one, the amount of medicine and the time they had to perform the act coincidence with the action of a single person.

During the theft all camera were disabled from the inside but the guards stationed in the warehouse have no memories of turnings them off, making me think of a hacker, they report that everything was quite during the night with no incidents.

Upon further investigation even the passwords used to access the deposit were the one used by the guards and again the guards say they don't know anything even under torture they remain unmovable which makes me deduce they think to be telling the truth.

Reproducing the thief's movements, it seems that they acted out of panic only after entering the warehouse, as if they didn't expect what they found inside and hurried to take as many different kinds of medicine as they could.

The cameras in the shoops at the end of the road captured a limping figure hurry away from the scene at the same time as the estimated ending of the theft, in the recording the figure appears to be a female so I'll be referring to the theft as 'her' from this point onwards.

After living the road no cameras caught sight of her, turning off the moment she turned the corner as if she through only then about the cameras and didn't bother with the one that already caught her.

It was rare of the Port mafia boss to actually read a report but the lack of information in this one made it extremely intriguing

Of course Akutagawa missed a few key details, for instance the little theft was no hacker but an ability user and a foreign one at that, she knew that that was the medicine warehouse but she panicked once she realised she couldn't read the labels on the packagings and stuffed her pockets with whatever she could find

Obliviously also a refugee otherwise she would have gone to a normal pharmacy, but they had no report of a clandestine ability user so this was even more intriguing

the brunette laughed, a dry and misplaced laugh or so that's what the ginger entering the port mafia's boss office was thinking

"Oy, kso-Dazai! What are laughing at?!"
Said the the executive

"Ah! Chibi komme komme you are so tiny I didn't see you there!"
He responded still giggling

"AH?!" Nakahara Chuuya was pissed by his boss and partner attic marching his way through the office with a clear intention to punch Dazai in the face

He swinged a punch straight to his face excepting the dodge so he threw another series of punches and kicks which were all dodge effortlessly by Dazai

After a while Dazai stopped Chuuya and asked...

"Ne~ Chuuya, what do you think of this?" Said Dazai while waving the report in front of Chuuya

"Eh?!"

Chuuya stopped and crouched down
Taking the file he started reading the report while Dazai looked amused by the look of concentration on Chuuya's face he was enjoying every bit of expression after a minute Chuuya broke the silence much to Dazai displeasure

"The theft is an ability user, but what ability?"

"Oh~ chibi just that?"
He asked

"Ehm... She didn't know what medicine she wanted to take?"

"Oh~ and why is that Chuuya~"

"Eh... She... She didn't know Japanese!"

Dazai stared with an empty and surprised expression before exclamation

"Ah! Chuya sukoi! I didn't expect that chibi brain of yours to actually work!"

"C-chibi! you kso-macker-!" He was cut off by a peck on the lips meant to silence him

"Obviously you still don't know the most important and dangerous part..."

"And what is that?" Asked the ginger seated on the port mafia boss's desk

"What ability does she have..."
