Trigger Warning: non-con (sort of drug-induced)
Deimos
She looked completely at peace, her hair splayed around her angelic face. She'd fallen asleep reading in the garden, her book leaning against her partially exposed breasts, her dress riding up at the side where she had shifted in her sleep. I had to take a breath to control myself. She looked so enticing like this, so vulnerable. With a wave of my hand, I placed a glamor around us. If her husbands were to stumble upon us, they would simply see their sleeping wife, then quickly feel the urge to be somewhere else and not disturb her.
I gently picked up the book and placed it on the table, then I pressed a soft kiss to her temple. She shifted slightly and her eyelids fluttered as she began to wake. I felt a wave of emotions as she tried to figure out what was going on. Gently pressing my fingers to her lips, I whispered, "Shh, pet. You are safe with me, Eveleen." I grinned slightly when I felt her heart rate slow at my words, and her breathing evened. "Good girl," I said and lifted her hand to my lips, kissing the back of it. "I've missed you."
"Is this another dream?" she asked, looking around apprehensively.
"Not this time, pet. We are in your garden. While you did fall asleep, I wanted to see you, to feel the warmth of your skin, not just a dream," I told her as her eyes widened.
"But...but," she sputtered.
I chuckled, "Not to worry, pet. My magic keeps us hidden. Not even Gabriel can see through my spell." I held my hand out to her and inwardly cheered as she took it without hesitation as I helped her sit up. I then took the spot next to her and tugged her onto my lap. She gasped softly but didn't resist. It seems as though the blood bond is growing properly. "How are you feeling?" I asked.
Confusion showed on her face as she hissed, "I've been a bit tired, and I miss my husband. Why do you care, you took him?"
I hesitated, but I'd told her I wouldn't lie to her, so I needed to keep my word. "The last time you saw me, well the last few times you've seen me I've given you a bit of my blood and venom. I'm just making sure it isn't having any adverse effects." I pushed a stray bit of hair behind her ear. "As for Victor, he is alive and currently unharmed. I give you my word."
She watched me curiously, "Why are you doing this? I know last time you explained your history with the Academy, but I don't understand...this," she motioned between her and me. "Why act so kind and caring toward me, if you're only planning to hurt me and my family?" I started to answer when she stiffened and gasped, "Wait, are you trying to change me like you did with Sang and Kaylie? You said you gave them your blood too," her body began to shake as she cried, "Am I going to become a demon? Please, please, I don't want that."
Her fear was palpable as I wrapped my arms around her, "Shh, don't cry, little pet. You are not going to become a demon - you are far too pure." I continued to hold her as her tears subsided. Cupping her face in my hands, I pressed a hesitant kiss to her lips, fearing she would pull away, but she didn't. Her lips were so soft that I moaned low. When I pulled back I noticed her eyes were a vibrant purple without a trace of fear in them, but lots of confusion.
Her fingers lifted to her lips as if she sought to feel the source of her confusion. "What are you doing to me?" she whispered.
What am I doing?
This was not what I started out intending. I had planned to destroy her along with her men, but the more time I spent with her, the less I could bear the thought of harming her, yet the more I craved her. Well, that's not entirely correct. I want to destroy her connection to those worthless men, and then put her back together, completely dependent on me.
