Deimos

I loved the way her face reacted when she was reading. Her brow furrowed as she concentrated, then a smile crossed her face at a happy part. She was so engrossed in the story that she didn't realize I was standing behind her. "Hello pet," I whispered, making her jolt a bit.

She slapped at my arm, "Deimos, you scared me," and giggled. I noticed she'd been quite happy over the past few days and it made me feel better about what had happened. However, I'd caught whispers of Erebus plotting with the girls and I needed to make her aware.

"Come," I said, sitting down and motioning to my lap. She gave me a curious look and climbed into my lap. "I need to speak with you, pet. Things are happening and you need to be aware."

I felt her body stiffen. "What things?" I let out a deep sigh and she gripped my arms, "Deimos, you're scaring me."

I pulled her closer to me, wrapping my arms around her and pressing a kiss to her forehead, "I don't mean to, pet, but I promised not to lie to you. Erebus is trying to make his move against me and he has the girls working with him." I felt her body begin to shake. "Shh, pet. I will do all in my power to keep you safe, even if it costs me my own existence."

She pulled back suddenly, her mouth gaping, "Do you, did you really mean that? You'd give your life for me?" Her eyes brimmed with tears as she asked.

I paused realizing my own words and cupped her face. "Yes. I would give my life for yours, Eveleen. You have wormed your way into my soul and rekindled my heart. I love you," I told her.

Her eyes searched mine as her hands held mine. "You're not lying." I could hear the shock in her voice. "You...you love me."

I nodded. "I've never lied to you. Yes, I'm a demon and no, my intentions were never honorable, but I do not lie - not to you." I pulled her mouth to mine and for the first time in years, I felt her hesitation. Something had changed. I pulled back, eyeing her suspiciously. "Look at me, pet," I growled.

Her eyes flicked to mine instantly and she drew in a deep breath. It was faint, but a bond other than my own was present. "You found a way," I growled. "No matter what I've done, you found a way." I could smell her fear rising.

"Yes," she said softly.

"No matter, pet," I smirked and quickly sank my fangs into her neck. She squirmed and bucked trying to resist as I pressed her mouth to the wound on my neck, but the moment my blood reached her tongue, she moaned and arched into me. I won't let you go without a fight, Eveleen. Demons aren't meant to love, and now that I've experienced it, I can't lose you, I whispered in her mind.

Without letting her go, I transported us to my chambers, our clothes vanishing along the way. Her moans were music to my ears as I thrust inside of her, once again pushing my claim and compulsion deep into her. I placed my hand on her heart, letting my demonic form transition as I continued to fuck her. She screamed as I stretched her, my pace becoming feral. "I invoke my claim on your soul, Eveleen Shea. Feel what I feel, know the depths of my love and yes, obsession for you. Let it take root in your heart and mind as you make your decisions, for I will never give up on you. You are and will always be safe with me. If nothing else about me is pure, my love for you is," I spoke my words, embedding them into her very essence. Her eyes flashed between vibrant purple to shades of black and red as my claim wove its way into her very being.

She was panting as I continued to thrust inside of her. Clutching her hand over mine, she sobbed, then cried out as her body came undone, her juices flooding my cock. Tears streamed down her cheeks as I came inside of her, sealing the bond with our blood and fluids. I pulled her mouth to mine and kissed her through the sobs and tears. "Why, why, why," she wailed, as she returned my kisses, her hands tangling in my hair and tugging at my horns.

"Because I no longer know how to live without you," I whispered, my own tears covering our cheeks. "I'm sorry, pet, but I can't let you go. I'm too selfish." I continued to hold her against me as she cried. I knew she would be furious at me for what I was about to do, but it was for the best. "Shh, pet, you need to let go again. Find your peace and comfort my little kitten," I cooed as I brushed my fingers through her hair. The small black ears pressed forward along with her collar as I ran my fingers along her throat. She made mewling sounds of protest as my spell took root once again. By the time my hands reached her core, she was purring and yowling to be touched again.

"That's it, pet, let your Master take care of you," I said gently as I slid back inside her warm core. Her nails dug into my skin as she bucked against me. "I will always take care of you, pet." My thrusts picked up speed as she responded quickly. Hours later she was still eager for my touch and I ran my tongue along her neck, drinking often. "Perhaps soon, we will try the rabbit spell, pet." I placed my hand on her stomach and grinned. "I'd love to see you carry my child." She purred and ground against me.

I allowed myself to revel in her abandonment for over a week.

Author's Notes: His love is twisted, yet real, much like Daniel became twisted by the demon.
