Eveleen

We had fallen asleep in a tangle of limbs, fully sated after hours of lovemaking. I swear there were a few times I thought the three of them were going to break me. I let out a sigh as I felt Morpheus wrap his arms around my waist. "Time is running out, isn't it?" I asked him. Instead of answering me, he simply kissed my neck and squeezed me tighter. "I'm scared."

"What are you scared of, little star?" he asked.

"Scared I won't be able to defeat him. Scared I'll fall into his trap even though I know it's coming." I tried to fight the tears, but I whispered, "Scared I can't save Deimos."

Morpheus hummed, "You already know I can't answer your questions, but I can tell you to trust your own powers. You have the ability to defeat Erebus and save Deimos, little star."

"Will these visions, these dreams I have, get stronger?"

He leaned me back to look at my face, "What are you seeing?"

"I'm not sure. It was like a movie where I felt trapped by the shadows and Erebus...he...well, he got me pregnant, but I didn't resist. Then there was another one where it wasn't Erebus, it was really Deimos or at least I think it was. I can't tell which one is real." A frown passed over his face.

"Show me," he said, then pressed his lips to mine. It was like the play button on a film had flipped and the visions I had began to replay. He pulled back suddenly, his eyes wide. "It can't be," he muttered, then looked down at our marks. "But you weren't meant to..., then how."

"Hello, care to let me in on that one-sided conversation?" I asked, tapping his forehead.

"Huh? Oh, yes, well I think part of this is my fault, sort of," he said sheepishly, then pointed to our marks. "It seems our bond gave you some of my gifts."

"Holy fuck, you deal with this all the time? I'm surprised you're not insane, Morpheus," I snorted. "Wait, I'm not going to go crazy from all this am I?" I suddenly worried.

He gave a soft laugh and kissed me softly, "No more crazy than having seventeen men to deal with and dozens of children." My cheeks flushed. "Now, little star, let me give you a gift," he moaned quietly as he spread my ass, and ran his hand along my folds. He slowly thrust inside of me, making my body flush with desire. "Let yourself go, love. Reach out and find Brandon and Deimos in your mind. I promise to keep you safe and very satisfied." The growl in his voice sent shivers throughout my body as his pace quickened. His fingers swirled over my clit, driving me closer to an orgasm. My hips bucked as my ass ground against him. I cried out as the knot in my stomach burst and my orgasm ripped through my body making my vision darken.

"Firecracker?" Brandon's voice filled my senses. I opened my eyes, still panting as he looked at me with a cheeky grin. "Some dream there, huh?"

"Wait, I'm not hallucinating?" Deimos said, coming next to him. "She...she's really here, but how? Fuck, please tell me they didn't shove you in here too, pet."

I held my knees, trying to catch my breath as I shook my head, "No, spell...sex...give me a minute."

Brandon chuckled, "Okay either she means she used a sex spell to get here, or she wants sex...either way, I'm game."

"Same," Deimos echoed then laughed as I flipped them off.

"Good to see the two of you haven't lost your sense of humor," I said, finally catching my breath. "I was a bit unprepared for that spell."

"Do I even want to know who's on the other end?" Brandon grinned.

"Morpheus actually."

Deimos sucked in a breath, "Wait Morpheus or Sean?"

I grinned, "Just Morpheus. They're separate again. Lots has happened. You are the last two we need to bring home. That's why I came." I walked toward them and pulled them into a hug. My heart felt whole when I touched them. "I miss you both so much," I whispered.

"I miss you too, Firecracker. H...how's North?" Brandon's voice cracked as he spoke.

I cupped his face, kissing him fiercely then answered, "He's trying to find a way to save you. I'm so sorry, mo spréach, but I don't have the power to save you, only North can but we still don't know how."

"Kill Kaylie," Deimos said simply. "The person who creates the hollow holds their lifeforce. Kill her and his lifeforce returns." I gaped at him. Could it really be that simple? I turned to meet his dark eyes and felt my heart clench. How was I going to save him? He let out a sigh, "You aren't, pet." I frowned as he placed a finger to my temple, "Even now, I can read all of your thoughts, Eveleen. I didn't understand his warning that day, but I do now. Morpheus told me I would win your heart but at a cost. You have to use our connection to kill Erebus when he's in my form. Once he steps into my form, he's vulnerable and not immortal technically. You have to kill him, pet. You have to save yourself and your family."

Tears rolled down my cheeks, "But you're my family now too," I choked. His breath caught as he pulled me into his arms and held me as I sobbed.

I felt his hand cover the mark as he spoke softly, "I give you all I am, my powers, my strength, my love." He lifted my chin and pressed his lips gently to mine. I love you, he spoke in my mind. Let me go, my beautiful pet.

I don't know how, I sobbed as our kiss deepened.

I felt a sudden pain in my chest and jolted awake in Morpheus's arms sobbing as he tried to comfort me. "Shh, little star," he whispered as he embraced me. "We will find a way, love."

I wanted to believe him, but deep inside, I knew Deimos was right. I had to destroy Erebus when he used his form. It was the only way we would all be strong enough to defeat him. I had to kill the demon I'd come to love to save the rest of my family.
