Secret

Sierra did horrible things before. I believe she is to blame for Marcia's breaking up with her ex boyfriend. Dale, Martia's ex-boyfriend, were caught kissing with a woman in a pub, and Sierra led her friends to believe that Dale, had a woman when in fact she had only paid a lady to get Dale drunk that night.

Iyon din ang dahilan kung bakit ayaw ko sa kanyang makipagkaibigan. I know na plastic siya but I don't understand how can she do that to his own friend. Hindi ko din alam kung anong dahilan niya kung bakit niya ginawa 'yun.

Ang pumipigil lang naman sa akin na sabihin ang nangyari noon ay dahil ayaw kong makialam sa kanila at dahil nakita ko rin naman one-time na nambababae talaga si Dale. Pero iba parin talaga ang pakiramdam kung sarili mong kaibigan ay niloloko ka at sinisira ang relasyon mo sa iba.

But now that she is plotting something else with me, I've chosen to come clean about everything in the hopes that she will finally come to her senses and take responsibility for all of her actions.

I had hoped she would change after what she had done, but it looks like she never felt bad about anything and doesn't seem to care. She saw everything as a game. What else will she do if I don't move right now?

"Hi, Nasia." Bati niya sa akin isang araw.

"Hi." Ngumiti ako na siyang ikinagulat niya.

Sinulyapan ko si Isabella at Marcia sa tabi niya na bahagya ding nagulat ng ngitian ko sila.

But when I turned around, I lost my smile.

I was busy reading my text book while my classmates were busy talking about Althea Dela Vega's birthday party to be held tonight in Palawan. Everyone was invited though but I don't think I can go without asking my father's approval. For sure, he wouldn't let me. If he had known, he would have told me beforehand.

When was the last time he took me to a party that involved the elites? I could not remember, except when I was young and Mommy was still there with us.

"Hoy Nerd!"

Napabaling ako sa pintuan ng marahas na tinawag ni Sierra ang kaklase ko na laging naka suot ng eye glasses. She looks so mad when she approached my classmate.

Naibaba ko ang binabasang libro sa nangyari at pinagmasdan sila.

"Huwag ka ngang feelng close kay Appolo! Tinulungan ka lang niya at wala iyong malisya, so stop acting like one!"

"I'm not Sie—"

"You think I would believe you? I just saw you flirting with Appolo. Akala mo naman magugustuhan ka sa ganyang itsura mo, eh, mukha ka ngang palaka."

Nangunot ako sa sinabi niya. May narinig pa ako na nagtawanan.

I looked at my classmate in amusement when she suddenly stood up.

"Hindi naman talaga. The two of us were just talking. At bakit ba kung umasta ka ay parang girlfriend ka niya? I asked him earlier, he told me that you two are not a thing. Ikaw nga itong feeling girlfriend kahit hindi naman kayo."

Natawa ako sa sinabi ng kaklase ko lalo na ng marinig ang bulungan ng mga kakalse namin.

"Burn." nangingiting sambit ko. Sabay sabay silang napabaling sa akin.

But I lost my smile after I saw her fuming mad and was about to grab my classmate's hair. My classmate immediately backed away so she didn't reach her hair. She was about to do it again but I immediately stood up to stop her.

"Mind to take it somewhere else, Sierra, I'm busy." I said meaningfully and raised the book I was holding.

She look so annoyed when she turn to me.
