Tulala ako ng tinahak ko ang daan pabalik ng ancestral house. I didn't even know that my cousins knew the Lorenzanas. Kahit si Eros na isang De Leon, haciendero, at anak ng governador ng Zambales ay kilala si Appolo.

Ganun ba siya kasikat para makilala siya ng lahat? Why should I be surprised though when we we're all in the same social circle and a family business field?

Pero ano yung mga sinasabi nila? Ni wala akong alam tungkol duon. Hindi ko alam na inirereto pala si Appolo sa ibang babae. Hindi niya sa akin sinabi!

Hindi ko napigilan ang sarili ko na mag message kay Appolo.

Where are you?

Noon, confident ako lagi sa sarili ko. Hindi ko kaylangan mag-alala sa kahit na ano dahil ang mahalaga lang naman sa akin ay mahal ako ng taong mahal ko. Wala akong pakialam sa kung anong iisipin ng iba. Pero ngayon, gusto ko na magustuhan din ako ng mga taong mahal niya.

Sinabi ko sa sarili ko noon, bago pa man ako pumasok sa relasyon na ito, na... handa ako para sa kahit na ano, pero sa tuwing naandyan na ang problema, hindi ko padin maiwasan na mag-alala at... matakot.

Tinitigan ko ang aking phone sa aking kama. Hinihintay na sagutin ni Appolo ang tanong ko. Ngunit, sumighap ako ng ilang segundo… minuto, na ang lumipas ay wala pa din siyang reply!

"Argh!" I cried angrily and took my phone to search about Appolo and that girl.

I then found that the girl is rich and a daughter of a millionaire! I saw her pictures outside of the country and the rest are pictures of her in some parties with the other elite, while some are probably with her friends.

There's even a picture of a woman who were in mid 40's, beside her is Appolo, and beside Appolo is the girl. I read the date on where it was posted and saw that it was one year ago!

I looked for their recent picture and found a picture posted just yesterday and the day before! The two of them were standing beside each other while they were talking to some of the businessmen.

I suddenly wanted to regret the times I didn't force Daddy to take me with him whenever the elites had special gatherings, reason why I don't know much about them. The people I only knew are our relatives and family friends in Vergara and Alvarez sides, wala ng iba.

Something heavy pinned down on me from what I saw. Lalo pa ng makita ang sunod na picture na silang dalawa lang.

Standing facing each other, laughing while wearing decent dresses and holding each other’s champagne. Hindi lang iyon, there was another picture of them on a yacht. The girl is wearing a bikini with a cover up while Appolo is topless and talking to the same girl again. The woman even holds her arm while smirking at him!

Napasinghap ako. "The hell?"

Napapikit ako ng mariin sa mga nakita at sa huli ay pabagsak na itinapon ang aking phone sa aking kama.

“Nasia.”

Napabaling ako sa pintuan ng makita ang pagbukas ng pinto at ang nag-aalalang mukha ni Flor. Umiling ako sa kanya habang papalapit siya. Sumunod naman si Sol na nakatitig lang sa akin at tila tinitimbang ako.

"Are you okay?" She worriedly asked and slowly sat on my bed.

“Hindi ko alam.” Sambit ko.

Isang araw palang ang nakakalipas simula ng magkita kami. Pero anong nangyayari ngayon? This news suddenly came up. I don't even know a thing about the women his family wants for him.
