You walk into Hot Topic, the place where you usually hang out at just to read, do things on your phone, anything really.
You went to your usual spot in the back and sat down. You turned on your phone and opened Spotify and plugged in your headphones. The first song to play was King For a Day by Pierce The Vail. You love this so a lot, it reminds you of this boy you can't keep your eyes off of in school. Mike Makowski. You just wish he would notice you for once. Every time you try to talk to him, you panic because you don't know if he likes boys or not.
Your head leaned back against the wall and you let yourself zone out for awhile. Your playlist kept playing, but you didn't really pay attention to what was going on around you.
You jolted out of your state when you felt someone sit next to you. You look up to see the one and only. You turn off your music and take out your headphones, then looking up at him curiously.
"Hey, (Y/N), is it?" he asked side eyeing you. You just nodded in response, not wanting to embarrass yourself. "You know, I see how you look at me in the halls. I've also seen you in here about everyday and decided to stop by and say hi," he said turning his head toward you. "Oh, yeah, sorry about that," I said lowly. "I'm willing to give you a chance, though."
He put his index finger under my chin and lifted it up. My eyes widened and stared at him in shock. "See ya later I guess," he said standing up and walking out. Damn.
