Chapter 23 Don't Mess with MY Mate

*I could feel my body mold to the surroundings which consisted of Alaxander and the bed. My body felt like a sack of potatoes and it wasn't going to be moving for awhile. The shift was a excruciatingly painful process which I had never felt before and all I wanted to do now was sleep. My eyelids wouldn't open anyway. Then again I wouldn't know the difference between night and day since I am blind, unless Snow lent me her sight. I could feel myself slowly slipping away from reality as I entered the dream world.*

* I could once again see in my world of dream and I looked around me and saw lots I snow and frost.. Icycles hung from trees and snow clung to the evergreen trees and they drooped from the weight of the snow. I looked around and I saw a white arctic fox looking at me. I approched her and sat down in front of her .*

' Bout time you came. I was getting board of waiting. In case you haven't already figured it out, it is Snow.'

'I figured it was you, once I saw an artic fox. Didn't you say you were exosted and you couldnt stay out and talk to me tho?'

' Well you see I am in your mind and you are asleep so I can talk to you without having to surface to talk to you if you are in your mind like you are now.'

'Ok so I have a few questions for you . Like why is it you are a fox and not a wolf, and why is it despite me being a fox shifter I can understand wolves and you?'

'The understanding wolves is an easy explanation, we were raised by wolves so we learned their language as well as our birth language, somehow along the way tho you forgot your birth language and resorted to becoming almost a total wolf i though, which was under no influence In it because I was too focused on trying not to die with you constantly bleeding out so I resorted to making more blood for us and spent less time preparing you for the shift. As for me being a fox and not a wolf well I don't know but the fox spirit gene must be in your linings somewhere because it was sopost to have died off long ago.supposedly sly the last fox shifter had died many years back,but we are proof that says otherwise.'

~end of dream~

* I was awoken to the sound of glass breaking an ALaxander shooting up from the bed shielding me from any flying glass.*

"What is SHE doing in your bed ALex?! I was suppost to be your Luna!"

"How dare you disrespect your future Luna! On top of that I have told you thousands of times you are not my mate! If I catch you trying to weave your way into this then consider yourself a rough!"

* There was so much authority to Alaxandera voice that it would have scarred me if it wasn't for the fact I am an Alpha,even if it is only to a pack of normal wolves, I am still an Alpha none the less.* This pack member caused me to get edgy and more possessive of Alaxander.*

"I will only say this once stay away from my mate!"

"Or else what? You have no control over me whatsoever!"

* I leapt over Alaxander and pinned her to he ground with a snarl and barre teeth. She gave out a whimper and turned her head to the side in submission by the way I felt her move.*

" Know your place when speaking to an Alpha!"

"Y..y..yes Alpha."

* I released her from my grasp and let her get up.*

"If this happens again I WONT hold back."

* Alaxander sat quiet behind me trying to process what had just transpired in those ten seconds.*

"You just called me mate."

* I could hear the joy in Alaxanders voice .*

" I did? Must have been Snow in control then."

" No I am positive that was all you little mate."

"THis isn't being left up for discussion ."

* I walked away not letting another word be said but Alaxander came after me and that is how he learned not to push on with things, after the fact he got my famous pin you down and don't mess with me glare . Very effective by the way.*

I am soo sorry I didn't update sooner, my computer hasn't been updated so I couldn't use it and I got my moms old phone so I can now update I hope you enjoyed the chapter.
