Chapter 42 The Filler

(You can thank me I am staying up late just to write this for you. So I really hope you like it as well as the pic of my first Newphew!)

"H..how is that even possible?!"

*I was watching as Alaxander's hand was loosening from shock of seeing me go from nothing,but skin and bones to a normal body mass look for me.*

"Hey,no flashing your sister!"

*Alaxander's hand tightened back on the towel and Delilah glanced over at Alaxander and started to shove him back upstairs. Sadly she couldn't.*

"How is,....this even possible?!"

"I have a abnormally fast metabolism so even if I am sitting around being lazy I am burning a million calories every minute. That's only sitting."

"Yet you still go around running what ninety miles and more laps around the borders than I care to know?!"

"Yup.....so what did I miss?"

"Not a whole lot.....Ivy,unless you consider Alaxander pretty much giving up on baths, food, water, and everything else a person needs to live."

"Well,good thing you took a bath cause we are swapping positions you eat while I soak in a nice icy bath so I can burn off all of this extra body heat."

*Alaxander still looked nervousness as if I was going to suddenly collapse again and followed close behind as I went back upstairs and turned on the cold water and jumped into the tub cloths and all. I sunk down into it and my silvery white hair floated all around me like a silver snow. I watched as steam started to envelop me and the water suddenly burned out. I was feeling extremely hot and uncomfortable. I opened a window up letting in cold air as I turned the water on,but it burned up as soon as the water hit it.I heard a knocking on the bathroom door from Alaxander, I opened the door soon after. My body was completely dry seeing as how my body was burning all water up as it came into contact with my skin.*

"Are...*snif* *snif*....what is that smell?"

"Me burning up.....can you just stick me in your freezer please?!"

"Are....you in heat?"

"If you mean am I hot then yes!! Get me in a freezer already!!!"

*Alaxanders eyes started to turn black meaning his wolf was trying to take over.*

"Oh no, you are not taking over right now unless you are sticking me in a freezer mister!!!"

*Alaxanders eyes started to turn back to a calm forest green and he stood there kinda shocked.*

"I am going to call Delilah before my wolf tries to take over again."

"Yeah,you do that..."

*Not two minutes later Delilah was bursting into the room shoving Alaxander out and shoving me into a tub with some dry ice.*

"How does that feel?"

"Soooo good!!"

"Do you know what's happening to you?"

"Alaxander said something about heat...tho that's for female animals not were-animals right?"

"No,were-animals have the same thing that normal animals do,but it is only triggered with the marking of mates.So Alaxander marked you?"

"Yeah,I still haven't marked him yet tho..."

"Would that explain why you aren't so clingy to him then?"

"Yeah,can you get me more dry ice this stuff just melted."

*Delilah spent the day dumping dry ice into a tub and chatting with me. Apparently my heat passed quickly seeing as Alaxander only marked me so the marking portion of it was only half complete so thus only a day of heat.*

"So you good now?"

"Yup,I am going to bed now,thanks, Delilah."

"No problem."

*Delilah left and I just fell asleep under the bed. Alaxander was trying to get me to sleep on the bed,but I was growing tired of not feeling something cold underneath me and was dying to feel the snow under my feet the cold air in my hair and the feeling of running freely. I was growing anxious despite having hunts I needed to run freely or else I would go insane not my foxes me. I had grow up without them so they were fine with staying here,but I needed to run freely as well as run in Snow and Ashe's form.*

"So,how would you feel if I took a little couple month trip out in the wild."

"Don't even think about it."

"Alaxander I can only stand so long before I can't take anymore.I need to feel the freedom of just the wild no human population,nothing if I don't I might not last much longer,mentally."

"What about the hunts we take?"

"It only satisfies me for a week or so...if I am going to be living here in your pack,I am going to need to have a few months to just run freely."

"Can we talk about his another time,you just woke up after three years."

"Yes,we can, I just want you to start thinking about it."

*I grabbed Alaxander and yanked him off the bed onto the under bed and pulled him over to a area I created while spending my time under here. It was padded and had blankets so Alaxander would be comfortable as well as myself. We fell asleep to the beating of our hearts and the feeling of security. I loved falling asleep like this,just feeling the security of my mate nearby and knowing he was just as much involved with me as I was with him,even if I didn't show it I loved just falling asleep and spending time with him.*
