Chapter 51 A Letter

*My body felt like lead as I was slowly waking up.I tried to open my eyes,but for an odd reason they wouldn't open. I focused my energy on opening them and finally did. My body felt super numb,but I rolled over anyway. I ended up on cold floor I stood up shakily seeing as I didn't have any food or water in my system. I walked over to the bathroom looking at my reflection. I looked terrible my eyes looked sunken in and my skin was deathly pale. I could see my cheekbones in the mirror I was so dehydrated. I turned in the water in the tub once it filled up I splashed ino it. Opening my mouth under the water as I sunk down I swallowed a good deal of the water feeling much better. I remained under looking at the shiny metal of the towel loop which was towel less. I remained underwater everything blurred around me except the shiny metal of the towel ring,nothing else registered not the time not my hunger,thirst or even the air I was going to need soon. Finally my body started to feel cold icy cold. I resurfaced my hair plastered to my body. I looked around the bathroom then back at the towel loop,their was something attached to it. I grabbed it and it was a note. I wasn't very good at reading,but I had learned a little to read the letter. I lazily read it tho as I read it I became enraged crumpling it up and tearing it to shreds. I bursted out of the bathroom not bothering with a towel as people looked to see what commotion was going in they quickly diverted their gaze as I stormed out of the house shifting feeling my fur tingle with rage. Who thinks they could write me a letter like that and get away with it! Nobody threatens what is mine and lives to tell about it! I sniffed the snow slush picking up the scent I was after. I stormed off after the scent ready to kill the writer of that note!*

*I had left Ivy to rest she had been in a cold sweat I didn't know why she was like this. It could have been that everything that had happened to her had finally caught up to her mentally even if she didn't know it and this was how it resulted too. No sooner had she been laid down to rest and I left I heard water turn on.She must be taking a bath. She seemed to enjoy them just laying in the water letting the world cease to function when she was in the tub. There was some sloshing signaling she had gotten out after an hour or two. I felt sudden rage through our mate bond growing more and more till finally I saw her rushing out of the house completely naked.*

"Ivy,where are you going?! You need cloths!"

*I had rushed out,but only saw her shifted of forms faintly visible fox paw prints. I tried to follow her,but she had completely  disappeared her link was wide open I could feel her rage it was so overpowering it almost had me shifting.*

'Ivy,what are you so angry about?!'

'Ivy can't talk right now,this is Snow somebody has threatened to kill you and everybody she knows and loves,it is taking everything. I have to not join in and not talk,Ivy isn't letting Ash or I...something....can't... Bye'

'Snow,Ash,Ivy answer me where are you?!'

*Nothing else was able to go through the paw prints that were once on the snow vanished after a few steps no scent was showing up,nothing I shifted running around trying to find her,nothing the mind link was cut off I couldn't get through they weren't allowing me too. I let out a mournful howl.*

"Ivy,please answer me!"

*I was nearing the location described I came to a stop as I sniffed the air for the scent. A figure appeared in front of me.*

"About time you came,I almost thought you weren't coming."

*I half shifted I kept my ears tail and fur around my bust and flank.*

"No,you threatened to kill my mate and packs. Now what do you want?"

"You."

"Why me?"

*I raised my brow.*

"I know what you are fox."

"Yeah so? Why bring my family into this,I hope you know threatening to kill the people I love has gotten you onto my kill list."

*I narrowed my eyes at the hooded figure male by the sound of the voice size and posture.*

"I know how hard it is for fox shifters to have kids much less a half vamp. So,how did you do it?"

"Ehhh? I haven't had kids."

"What aren't you Lilly?!"

"Uhh no."

"Then who are you?!"

"Ivy."

"Ohh so your her kid then. Hmm seems like I am behind on things."

"FYI my mom and I despise that dirtbag that claimed to be her mate so the mate card won't work on her. As for her pack I don't believe she has one. Now,you are trespassing and I am seriously about to kill you."

"Even if you wanted to you couldn't. I know everything there is to know about fox shifters vampires were and much more weaknesses included."

*My eyes were flashing crimson I was becoming angry my canines felt sharper not so much larger since they already were fairly long. *

"Somebody's angry."

*I lunged forward aiming for throat or a artery.*
