"Tae, please come and take me out of here."
Her words were stuck in my head. What happened to her? My heartbeat was unsteady, my brain wasn't functioning for a brief moment.
I marched towards my car before I drove off to the address she told me.
A cemetery? What is she doing there at this hour?
The rainy weather worsen the situation.
I couldn't help but recall how she sounded, she seemed so scared.
By the time I arrived at my destination Y/n was standing near the massive gates of the cemetery. Her arms were wrapped around herself as if she's trying to calm herself down.
"Y/n?" I called out her name, rushing over her.
Y/n looked at me with her teary eyes while she rushed over me, she didn't give me the chance to process anything as she hugged me tightly.
"What's wrong baby?" I asked, Y/n shook her head without uttering a single word.
"Y/n, look at me" I lifted her chin with my finger, her eyes were glossy, tears threatening to fall from them. "What's wrong, huh?" my eyes never left hers.
My hands cupped her face as I didn't get any answer from her "Can we go home?" she then asked with a quivering voice. "Yeah, but first tell me what's wrong?" I searched for an answer in her eyes but she buried her head in my chest, hugging me tighter.
"It's my mo-" she started sobbing while I kept on stroking her hair "It's my mo-ther Tae" I can tell how much she was trying to hold back her tears by the way she was speaking.
